of containers fell off the trailer and down onto interstate i-95 as well as 895. we have the marylanders part of transportation as well as our hazmat team on the scene trying to clean up an upright the tractor-trailer, as indicated. >> the hazmat task force perform some assessments of the printers' ink and learn is roughly 9% water, so it does not pose any health or environmental hazards for anyone. >> how about the driver of the truck? >> myers understanding is that the driver was taken into custody. whether or not charges will be imposed on him i do not know. >> we also have word that the driver of the overturned truck may have been any created.

brought to this breaking news at 5:00. a fight broke out on the corner of bellaire avenue. we are told that 100 middle schoolers from two different schools were involved. a dozen kids were involved and took officers nearly an hour to get control of the situation which spread for several blocks. the prosecution in the george huguely murder trial rested their case today after testimony from some of huguely's friends and teammates. he is accused of killing of yeardley love from cockeysville, whose battered body was found in her apartment. latest.elser ohas the accepter almost anyone -- after almost 50 witnesses were called to the stand, the prosecution rested their case wednesday afternoon. ken was one of his teammates and

was also a pall bearer at the funeral. he told the court hours before courtney love was found dead, huguely returned to their apartment. he was struck and seemed strange. he asked him what was wrong several times and all he got back was a blank stare with no answer. there was one awkward exchange between a former teammate kevin carroll, who seemed to forget a lot of details from that night. the commonwealth showed him a report he gave to police and asked him if it jog his memory, and he replied know. many are wondering how could defense will handle its witnesses over the next several days we asked a virginia criminal law expert what we could expect. >> it seems pretty clear that what they will talk about mostly is expert stuff, the cause of death analysis, the kind of things that have been spending the last couple of days cross- examining about. >> as far as the defense, it made a motion to drop all the charges in the case except grand

larceny, but that motion was denied after a brief argument. the first witness was a toxicologist from virginia commonwealth university testified that even though love's blood alcohol content -- the following a witness was a neuropathologist specialist from chicago. the doctor was brought in to counter testimony piven by two state neuropathologist tuesday who claimed her brain had evidence of blunt force trauma. he testified that while he sees evidence of swelling in the brain, he dismissed the testing done by the state. the doctor said in his opinion, love most likely died from blood stopping in her body and then starting again. the doctor also testified that he spelt -- he felt yeardley love suffocated because of the way she was found face down on

baltimore with the latest. cracks all of the gas had to be turned off before crews could even start to flush water and debris out of that damage gasman. they hoped to complete that process tomorrow. -- out of that damaged gas main. meanwhile, customers will spend another night without heat or hot water. >> nothing, no hot water or anything. >> patricia dunlap on the home and a business in this neighborhood in southwest baltimore where the constant noise is the least of her concerns. she hopes to be able to heat her home, take a hot shower, and cook food for her and her three kids sooner rather than later. >> they cannot tell you when. one person says you might have gas tomorrow, another says next week. that is really difficult, especially with the kids having to go to school. they cannot go to school dirty. >> bge spent a second day knocking on doors, trying to

temperatures are still above freezing in most areas around baltimore, 45 in downtown baltimore and even western belt -- even western maryland is above freezing. a little bit of cloud cover is starting to come in from the west. the blanket of cloudiness will hold in the heat and it will be a mild warning, close to 40 downtown. sunrise on thursday morning at 6:58. there are a couple of storm systems to watch in the region, one of them just getting into the lower part of the mississippi river valley, producing strong thunderstorms on the gulf coast. behind it is another system moving quickly through the southern rockies into northern arizona. this could impact our weekend. temperatures are not that cold, even up to international falls, minnesota. it is only 30 degrees there. it is just a batch of rain
