sentence down to probation before judgment in the future. also, in the courtroom today, she is the woman who recorded the robocall. her boyfriend has now stepped forward to challenge parts of for story. a hearing on that is expected later. >> state police are investigating a messy morning crash that snarled late morning traffic on the beltway. we were over the scene just after 11:00 this morning along the outer loop of the beltway. preliminary reports indicate a tractor trailers filled tank was ruptured during the accident. all the injuries were non life- threatening. investigators tell us the deadly high-rise fire in mount vernon was caused by unintended cooking. the flames broke out in the building around 7:15 last night

along the -- along charles street. an elderly victim was rescued from the blaze, but passed away overnight. >> it was breaking news last night at 5:00, a street brawl between students and to neighboring schools in northeast baltimore. this was the scene yesterday. we remained above the incident as it unfolded over the course of an hour. the intersection is a major transportation hub for students from a number of different schools in northeast baltimore. schools may now considered a staggered release time for students. >> i think it is horrible. it is so terrible. it makes no sense. their parents send them to school for a good education. they want to fight all the time. >> there has been a large police

>> the driver involved in the last night's accident on i-95 was driving under the influence. the 46-year-old man has been charged with a number of offenses. the crash had on the southbound lanes of the interstate for about eight hours as crews work to clean up debris and spilled material. police tell us no one was hurt

the moisture on the ground, you could get a little bit of patchy fog. this front should go through and left out any left over clouds by morning. during the day tomorrow, high- pressure will produce mild weather again. you really do not see any cold or arctic air. that is locked in behind this front. it will sweep to the middle atlantic saturday night and sunday morning. -- mid-atlantic saturday night and sunday morning. that is an area that you can see is very complicated. these two systems are still thousands of miles away. timing will be critical, the track of the storm will be critical. there are two possible tracks, one to the carolinas. that would bring us some rain and snow on sunday. the more favored track is farther to the south.
