>> four people are recovering from injuries following a collision on 95 in cecil county. police say this happened shortly before midnight in the southbound lanes along mile- marker 93 in perryville. a passing car struck a vehicle and then kept going. police were able to track down the suspect vehicle. the other driver was also injured but none of the injuries are considered life- threatening. a judge has set a trial date for an abortion doctor. this'll be a test of the new laws that criminalize abortions in cases where the fetus is considered a viable outside the womb. they are charged in the 2010 case of a botched abortion of a new jersey teenager that was 21 weeks pregnant.

the driver of a tractor-trailer that overturned on wednesday faces dwi charges. he is from new jersey and the craft his rig in the southbound lane of 95. the accident shut down 895 and 95 for hours. he is also charged with several other traffic offenses. >> a lot of behind closed doors, in the statehouse as delegates prepare for a case on the controversial issue of same-sex marriage. jennifer franciotti has more on the story. >> the house attached an amendment to the same-sex bill so that if passed it will not take effect until january of 2013. it gives those who want to petition the issue to referendum
