it will feel more like spring. this morning it is call. you'll be thinking about turning the corner into march. you might have to scrape some frost off your windshield to start the day. we will make it up to 50 this afternoon. we have a chance for a rain shower. we could see a couple of sprinkles. most of you will have a dry day. first we say the morning to sarah. >> i had no idea you and phil were so close. a nice start on the west side. speeds around 54 down from 795 in the outer loop. 63 on the north side towards the harrisburg expressway. speeds around 64 around padonia road. 10 minutes to travel south of 95 from the beltway towards 32.

eight minutes southbound on 895 down to the tunnel tolls. this is 95 at the fort mchenry. we're seeing a buildup in volume. no problems or delays at the toll plaza. this is 50 at sandy point. a nice start to and from the bay bridge. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a spectacular crash in harford county claims the lives of three people. >> it happened just before 10:00 last night on route 543. kim dacey is live work two of the victims are recovering. siblings and have been identified as ashley, joseph, and david bauguess, all from fallston. 543 with shutdown for a time overnight as troopers cleaned up the accident. there was debris over the road. this happened just before 10:00 p.m. last night. a chevy cavalier carry the siblings was traveling southbound on 543 when it crossed the center line and sideswiped a toyota in the southbound lanes. >> the impact of that collision put the chevy cavalier into a spin. it entered the northbound lanes of 543 sideways and then was struck by another northbound vehicle, an acura that also had two people in it. the force of that crash cut the chevy cavalier in half.

the two males were ejected from the vehicle. the female stayed inside the vehicle. all three of those individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. >> two state police helicopters were dispatched to the scene. one had to make an emergency landing. the injured could be transported by ambulance. police say they are listed in stable condition at bayview. the three victims will be taken for autopsies. >> a driver was killed after crashing his car into a kfc in landover. the driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the vehicle on more mr. king jr. highway. four of the people were injured. >> a man is recovering after an

apparent road rage incident in crofton. the victim and a woman had just gotten married and were doing something that drew the attention of somebody at a light on route 3. this led to some kind of pursuit and a crash. the newlyweds confronted the sedan driver. in west baltimore, police have made an arrest after a deadly stabbing. todd marrow stabbed orville chamblee in the leg during a fight. orville chamblee was taken to hospital but did not survive. >> the battle to make maryland the eighth state to allow same- sex marriage is getting the fast track in the state senate this morning. it will send the legislation to

the full senate later today. the biggest hurdle was cleared on friday when the house of delegates passed a bill with two and kamenetz that would delay the law until taking effect until jan.. another proposal is flying under the radar. the legislature is considering three different proposals dealing with the legalization of medicinal marijuana use. one would allow the drug to be prescribed to ease the suffering of those with debilitating conditions. >> there is a distribution grower with every leaf account for, the tide is system ever proposed in the united states. we have to have a heart.

balancing on my own was a different story. i tried my best. again and again and again. once i stopped laughing so much, i did much better. next came the handstand. my first attempts were not so great. some help, i finally did it. then onto juggling. linwood bowling pins -- juggling with bowling pins, i will need some help with that. icks.an master these tre most of the classes are designed for beginners.

rape a woman during an interview. a teacher accused of not molestation will be arraigned today. he could face up to life in prison if convicted. there were photographs he took of himself with children were taught for over 30 years. he is being held on $23 million bail. >> it seems like a match made in hammon merging the biggest mexican snack foods with a big mexican fast-food chains. that is what taco bell is hoping. doritas locas tacos. the company is trying to save its wooded brand.

joseph, and 29-year-old david bauguess, all from fallston. the accident happened on route 543 about a half mile south of wheel road, just before 10:00 last night. state police say the preliminary investigation shows the chevy cavalier carrying the siblings was traveling southbound on 543 when, for an unknown reason, it crossed the center line and sideswiped a toyota in the northbound lane. >> the impact of that collision put the chevy cavalier into a spin. it entered the northbound lanes of 543 sideways and then was struck by another northbound vehicle, an acura that also had two people in it. the force of that crash cut the chevy cavalier in half. the two males were ejected from the vehicle. the female stayed inside the vehicle. all three of those individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. >> two state police helicopters

that was fabulous. we were impressed. if you travel in anne arundel county, we have a live view above this accident on the ramp from northbound ritchie highway 2 route 10 and this involves an overturned tractor trailer. can you tell what that was carrying. >> there's a lot of debris on the road. it appears to be some type of metal that was used for recycling. it will be a long time before this gets cleaned up. 200 gallons of diesel fuel. to have to get it front end loader to clean up this mess. expect that ramp to be shut down for some time. i'm captain roy taylor. >> some delays expected in that
