hours to find george huguely guilty, sentencing him to 26 years in prison. he crossed himself before that verdict was read. both attorneys reacting to the verdict. >> there is nothing we can say that will make good the terrible and tragic loss to the love family. there are no winners in this case. there is nothing but loss everywhere. >> we are of course disappointed with this verdict, but we've been proud to represent george in his fight for fairness over the last couple of years. he has the support of a loving family. he has displayed amazing resilience and courage. >> a jury of his peers felt there was enough evidence to

convict the former uva aide across player -- lacrosse player. sharon love and her sister testified about how grief- stricken there remain. sharon love told the court about her daughter. "every day that goes by i am afraid i am losing pieces of her." love was found a buyer roommate's face down on her bed -- was found by whenever roommates. huguely went to our apartment that night, busted through her bedroom door and struck her, causing blunt force trauma that led to death. never denying that huguely went to her apartment.

fraud. honda is recalling more than 45,000 odyssey minivans with a power rear gate lift option. it can fail to support the lifted door. honda will begin notifying the owners about the recall next month. the repairs will be made free of charge at honda. there are many fees. overdraft fees are common at many banks. >> balancing your checkbook can be boring and time consuming. anyone who was bounced a check knows too steep worth it. overdraft fees save the embarrassment for customers. but is that worth $35 each time?

that is how much overdraft penalties cost. they will investigate the impact of those fees. they are soliciting public impact about how banks can make it easier for those to recognize information about their accounts. part of the problem is that banks often clear large purchases first. each small purchase will incur a separate fee. low-income customers seem to be the most prone to overdraft penalties. almost half of young adults have been charged overdraft fees. 15% face more than 10 overdressed in one year. -- 15% faced more than 10

>> a new five-year deal with a new promoter to bring the grand prix back to baltimore. joan pratt and jack young voted against it. city terminated their contract with baltimore racing after several vendors were not paid. >> auditors revealed several problems with the city's water system. more than 30,000 customers were over billed to the tune of $4.3 million while some were not billed at all. in some cases there were no meter readings for five years. the mayor admits the system is inefficient. >> 5:24.

second-degree murder in the killing of yeardley love. sharon love and her sister lexie testified about how grief-stricken they remain. sharon love told the court through tears about her daughter. "every day that goes by i am afraid i am losing pieces of her." love was found a by her roommates back on may 3 of 2010 in her off-campus apartment face-dowon on her bed, her head resting on a pillow in a pool of her own blood. huguely went to our apartment that night, busted through her bedroom door and struck her, causing blunt force trauma that led to death. the defense tried to say the death was an accident,never denying that huguely went to her apartment. the jury believed that huguely

never intended to kill her. this is a recommended sentence by the jury. the judge will reconvene in the coming months to either ok the sentence or knocked down. lowell melser, wbal-tv 11 news. >> we spoke with a local domestic violence error and she hopes it will get more people talking about violence against women. the case can tease him a valuable lessons about recognizing the signs of domestic violence. >> everybody watched the relationship. people were troubled by it and they were scared for her. they thought he was acting weird. nobody knew what to do. we should learn what to do. >> the second-degree murder conviction sends the message that george huguely was not in
