boulevard. volume is building in the southbound direction. this is traffic in the area of york road. outer loop traffic, a very nice start towards the j.f.x. the j.f.x. running smoothly into town. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> two firefighters are recovering from injuries battling a fire overnight. they were called to a burning home in arnold. ceiling collapsed injuring two firefighters. smoke detectors allowed family inside the home to escape safely. no word on what started that fire. police want to know how a girl ended up dead in an alley.

>> her body was found in northeast baltimore on sunday. kim dacey joins us live with the latest on the investigation. >> family members say the girl is 13 years old. she was out roller skating with some friends but did not come home. she was reported missing 1:00 on sunday morning. her brother was out looking for her and found her body in an alley in the 1600 block of cliftview avenue. police say her body shows signs of trauma. her family was devastated by the news. >> she was a good kid. she went to the school right here. would never had any problems. she was a good kid. >> the autopsy is scheduled today.

a pretty impressive storm passing south of us. 29 in parkton. there are some clouds moving in from the west. the skies are clear. a clipper storm is coming in from the mountains and it has an energy with it and moving into west virginia. the trajectory of the storm is hard to tell but i think it will stay south of us. i think this will miss us to the south. we have a 20% chance for a rain shower just in case that sneaks up towards baltimore. the best chance will be off to the south for some precipitation. there could be some snow across northern virginia and into southern maryland, some accumulating snow south of d.c. once again baltimore mrs. the
