looking good down to the beltway. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> baltimore police are investigating how a girl ended up dead in an alley. >> her brother made the disturbing discovery in northeast baltimore on sunday. kim dacey is live with the story. good morning. >> family members say the girl was 13 years old. she was out roller skating with some friends but did not come home. she was reported missing 1:00 on sunday morning. her brother was out looking for her and found her body in an alley in the 1600 block of cliftview avenue. police say her body shows signs of trauma. they are not sure how she died. her family was devastated by the news.

confidence vote against him and the police chief. there was a similar vote from lieutenants. he allegedly instructed officers to drive him to sexual encounters in parking lots. >> a deadly shooting in a northeast baltimore. this happened around 2:30 on sunday morning. somebody shot monae turnage during a fight at the 7-eleven. in west baltimore, a person was shot and killed on oxford court. in southeast baltimore, a man was shot multiple times by five or six men on north gay street. a man said he was robbed and shot by six to seven men on potomac st..

police say they do not believe these incidents are connected. five people are recovering from stab wounds after an altercation in edgewood. this happened on metal would court -- meadowwood court. the fifth victim showed up at franklin square hospital with stab wounds to was lower torso. all five will be ok. >> someone reportedly shined a laser into the cockpit of a plane landing on saturday night. the plane was able to land safely. a father and son will each spend 18 months behind bars after cheating the nsa.

kim dacey joins us live with the latest on this investigation. >> family members say the girl is monae turnage. just 13 years old. she was out with her friends on saturday night, but she did not come home. >> we kind of figured that something had to have happened because she didn't come home, and that is not like her. >> she says her niece went roller skating with friends on saturday night but never came home. the family reported her missing around 1:00 a.m. her brother found her body on cliftview avenue in northeast baltimore. >> the boys are walking along the alleys and they had been walking the alleys trying to find her. >> she does have some signs of trauma. we're not quite sure what she was killed from. >> people in the neighborhood watched police activity as they started the investigation last

from injuries they suffered. crews were called white burning home in arnold. the ceiling collapsed on the team inside. their injuries are not life- threatening. the school system is taking steps to prevent cheating scandals. the city will spend $360,000 on testing monitors. there will also issue a video message about the consequence of cheating. 16 schools are being investigated in some form for allegations of cheating. a deadly shooting in northeast baltimore. this happened about 2:30 sunday morning. but shot terrence joyner.
