after she did not come home on saturday night. police say she was accidentally shot in the chest while handling a rifle. the family does not believe it was an accident. there were boys with her and they did not call 911. police say the boy's panicked. the family pretended to be upset over her disappearance and guiding her brother to her body. >> that was an accident. "i shot my friend. i will get some help." but not have the family pretended you do not know what is going on. >> the boys are charged with involuntary manslaughter. more charges could be filed once they figure out who owns the gun and how the kids got a hold of

shooting and three classmates in ohio will head back to court today. prosecutors say he admitted to walking into the cafeteria and opening fire killing three students. he faces three counts of an murder.vated the trowel the former wrecker's student center around his webcam. he is accused of spying on is roommate and posting it on the internet. the webcam was never dusted for fingerprints. his roommate committed suicide back in 2010. he could receive a 10 year prison sentence. >> some tense moments aboard a flight.

monae turnage is costing the police ruling that her death was accidental. >> they were playing with a gun when she was accidently shot over the weekend. kim dacey has the latest. >> her family is questioning why the boys did not call 911 and instead it panicked. the family was packed last night with loved ones mourning the loss of 13-year-old monae turnage. they spent sunday searching for. before dark, her brother discovered her body under the trash bags in an alley near belair road. >> devastating. he has been withdrawn and very quiet. >> police say she was accidentally shot in the chest at a friend's house. >> i do not believe it. >> the family does not believe

it because the boys who were with her when she died did not call 911. >> that's an accident? kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. we are following some breaking news. fire crews are on the scene of a town house fire. it broke out just after 3:00 a.m. this morning on cutler harbor. fire crews say it's too close to eight firefighters to control this blaze. three homes were damaged by the blaze. >> one person is dead after what police are calling a serious aggravated assault. the attack happened on on monday night. one man died at the scene. it is not known how the victims were injured. no word as to a suspect or a possible motive. a judge rules in maryland's
