that it was an accident. two boys have been charged with involuntary manslaughter. investigators are still trying to determine if a police officer may be involved in alleged cover-up. i spoke with her mother about the allegations and she declined to comment until the truth comes out. >> a baltimore police officers facing charges of attempted step tonight. after investigating the police discovered that of sir darlene early was undercharged by about $300 by her daughter who worked there as a cashier. >> if these allegations are true, it is extremely disturbing. we expect more and demand more from the people that were this badge and the people work for this city and the people that work for this police department. >> she has been suspended and placed on administrative duties.

a formal suspension hearing will take place on monday. her daughter has also been charged. fire investigators are searching for the cause of a fire in northwest baltimore that injured one firefighter and damaged four homes. the fire started around 3:00 p.m. this afternoon. it spread to three homes before it was brought under control. the injured firefighter was taken to mercy hospital with non-life threatening injuries. baltimore police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened this morning. they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. he was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries. the man's name has not been released. >> temperatures were almost 10 degrees to 20 degrees colder than yesterday. it is all about temperatures for the next few days.

most stormy weather and snow to the north. there is a little lingering snow and upstate new york now. that is about it. there's a new storm developing to the southwest. we will have to do with this mavy monday night or tuesday. these will kind of emerge in the mississippi valley and head our way. it looks like the heaviest of the rain will not come toward us. let's see what happened today. yesterday, the high was 67 degrees before dawn. we spent most of the day in the 50's yesterday. so only the 40's. a little bit below the average for the season. right now, it is 41 degrees.

westminster is 43 degrees. the wind has now diminished completely. there are some scattered clouds of to our north. here is the storm developing to the southwest. this is coming off of the pacific northwest, a combination of wind and snow. it is quite warm in the other end of the country. all the cool weather is here in the spirit that is because of the high area -- this area of high pressure. this will slowly move to the east and allow a combination of these to come farther east of the next 24 hours, 36 hours, 48 hours or so. the wind will be callem. forget, daylight savings

time kicks in at 2:00 a.m. this morning. so set your clocks appropriately. spring ahead. a few showers late in the day tomorrow. this should be for monday. temperatures should be open to the 60's for the highs tomorrow. we see that storm developing by monday morning off to the west. we're still in good shape. on monday evening, we pick up some clouds, some rain chance, and that will extend it least into tuesday morning. then the clouds will start to break up just a little bit. it does not look like a major rainstorm. here is our forecast. 60 degrees for the high tomorrow. 65 degrees for monday. by the end of the day monday, some rain chances are reports of scattered showers. it will not be a deluge. wednesday and thursday looks
