them to support his gas tax. this as opponents of the proposed tax storm, or your small holding signs like this one shouting stopped the gas tax. >> as a state we have the longest average daily commute in america. martin o'malley making it very clear as he testified to house and senate committees in annapolis wednesday in his opinion it could lead to catastrophe. both economically and safety- wise down the road. >> none of us wants to look back some day as bridges start collapsing in closing in our own state and tell the kids we could have done something, but we chose not to. we chose it to simply kick the can down the road. to give the governor is proposing a 6% hike in the gas tax at a rate of 2% per year for three years. it could be proved stoned if in any one of those years gas prices rise more than 15%.

raising the state personal income tax rate. >> friends and family of felicia barnes told their story to the house judiciary committee. she went missing in 2010. her body was found a few months later. her family is supporting a bill that will increase communication between agencies. it would raise the age of what police consider a critically- missing child from 14 to 17. the family said the swift action might have helped in her case come and they hope this bill will help families of other missing children. >> my hope is to help other families not be so lost and to know where to go to find help. it should be one phone call. >> the house judiciary committee hopes to vote on that bill next
