construction crews are restrike in the lanes on this stretch of interstate 95 to make the roads safer. -- construction crews are working to restrip the lane. a man was hit while working. >> he is 6 foot 6 inches, 260 pounds. if it was somebody my height or shorter, they would probably have been run over and have not made it. >> the sergeant says that he was observing safety particles while working in the two lanes closed to traffic. >> that area was well-lit. we had signs. they had been doing that type of work at night because there is less traffic. >> the gold or silver gm sedan hit him.

new video after a 10-year-old was hit by a car in west baltimore at about 5:00 to a police say the female driver took off after she struck the boy. the boy was rushed to the hospital with a possible broken leg. police eventually caught up with the driver and she is in custody. apparently she has some outstanding warrants. it seems that some baltimore kids have been getting into trouble. police have arrested at least 10 juvenile is for various crimes. most happened downtown during st. patrick's day celebrations. st. patrick's day celebrations got a very out of hand as you can see, in some places. this is the scene from canada last night. 1000 people through beer bottles and bricks at police and firefighters.

a car crash. the accident happened friday. we're told that she had recently participated in a fulbright conference on women in politics. her mother said that her daughter had a great respect of people of different cultures. "she wanted people to know that there is so much positive about the middle east, it is always out there to be known that people are friendly and there are wonderful things about that culture that she just enjoyed very much. >> and colleague of hers was also in the car but survived the accident. a public viewing was held at trinity church this morning in honor major robert who was killed in afghanistan last month. an open funeral services tomorrow at trinity church at today 30 a.m.. he will receive full military

there is the marine flow of air coming off of the cold water in the atlantic. 52 at frederick, edgewood is 54. satellite picture is the clear skies overhead and some clouds are beginning to develop in virginia. here is the storm complex over ohio and west virginia. there is a little disturbance. it is this big area of high pressure that is reaching into our region. the jet stream is riding high. stormy out west, cold temperatures as well. that has been the pattern all winter and it usually is. this has been persistent.

there are relatively mild temperatures in the eastern part of the country. the wind will be generally calm, 4753, the low. these right into the 60's to around 70. coastal areas around the bay of the atlantic will be cooler because of the effect of the water. mostly cloudy tomorrow. fog early. the sun should break through. we will be out near 74 the high. these rain chances are kind of spotty. so here is the forecast for boaters, a light wind. you see the clouds moving in for the morning, maybe a little drizzle or missed. the sun will start to break through. our forecast, 70 today, 72 on monday, 72 on tuesday. maybe a nice little thundershower.
