around 3:45 this afternoon. several people got out and walked inside the town home just before the fight broke out. as baltimore county police arrived at the home of around 3:45 tuesday afternoon, a car had already rushed one get them to the hospital with life- threatening injuries. >> individuals entered a townhouse at this location and got into a physical fight with residents of the home. >> several people suffered minor injuries and a second victim was taken to hospital with stab wounds. neighbors heard a gunshot as the car that first pulled up to the house left the scene. >> 15 or 20, cars were in the neighborhood. all you heard was there were some shootings and stabbings. >> we do believe that a shot was fired. we are still attempting to gather forensic evidence and we do not have reports of anyone being shot at this time. >> police interviewed witnesses

in the neighborhood and at northwest hospital, where the most seriously injured victim was treated. a white car with a bullet hole was being towed out of the hospital parking lot. neighbors watched four hours as detectives gathered evidence. >> nothing like this has ever happened in the neighborhood. very unusual. everywhere else, but not here. but like people say, it can happen anywhere. >> the 20-year-old victim with life-threatening injuries and was eventually transported to sinai hospital. a 19-year-old victim and a 25- year-old victim or treated and released from the hospital. police are interviewing several witnesses but have made no arrests at this point. kai reed, wbal-tv 11 news. >> new tonight, one person is rushed to hospital after a shooting in baltimore city around 9:00. police say they found a man with a gunshot wound. at this hour, there is no word of his condition and no word on

a suspect or possible motive. meanwhile, police are looking for 27-year-old neal aaron turner. a warrant has been issued for his arrest, charging him with first-degree attempted murder. we are told he may be responsible for shooting a 22- year-old in edgewood monday night. there is no word yet on a possible motive. regulations are already in the books, but friends and family of a teen who was electrocuted at the city ball field think more can be done. >> it is called a green bill, designed to attempt to prevent this kind of tragedy. 14-year-old deanna green died back in may of 2006 after touching a fence that had 277 volts of electricity running through it because of an underground leak of electric wires. legislation under consideration requires utility companies to

survey its underground wires to determine whether structures on the surface can become energized. bge is against it, saying it is nearly identical to regulations that are already in place. lawmakers in annapolis were greeted by the face of cancer as they enter the capitol building. 34-year-old gruen von behrens wanted them to see the consequences of tobacco use. he had 34 surgeries after being diagnosed with cancer. he is urging the general assembly to impose a tax on cigars and other tobacco products to discourage kids from buying them. >> some look at jury duty the same as a dentist appointment, inconvenience slightly uncomfortable. it is a very important public service in our country, and baltimore city is trying to make it easier to take.

some scattered showers passed through late last night and early this morning. most of the day led hours and the evening hours have been dry and unseasonably warm again. temperatures at the airport officially hit 72 degrees, 70 degrees warmer than normal for march 20. we are now on pace to finish as the fourth warmest march on record. we have about a week and have to go, but right now we are in fourth place for the warmest march in baltimore. the average temperature so far this month is almost 53 degrees, just out of third place for the warmest march on record. a continuation of the warm early spring weather and to night temperatures are still running quite mild. if it does not go below 59 before midnight, we will at least tie the record for the warmest lower temperature --

tonight, to the jurors are still running quite mild. the morning hours around baltimore should be cloudy and foggy. sunrise at 7:08. the upper levels of the atmosphere will have the winds coming up from the south. 73 in chicago, but 46 at international falls. kansas city at 58 degrees and some big storms have been popping up on the southern end of this rut. it is running into that strong high-pressure system, moving very slowly. that means we have a couple more days of this unusual warmth for our region. this line of thunderstorms dumping some very heavy rains and triggered some tornadoes in western louisiana this evening. they are caught at a slight risk of some severe storms tomorrow
