house where he has lived in toulouse and outside with hundreds of police who have been trying to persuade this 24-year- old man to come out without more violence. an order came some time ago to move in to end negotiations or else the police would storm the house. we now believe the order from the highest authorities in paris now has to come down. if it does, there will be imminent and dramatic movement. we have a better idea of the profile of this individual. his 24-years old from toulouse, of algerian extract but french and trained with al-qaeda and he said he returned to france to commit jihad. he has cut admitted to the recent killings in the toulouse

area. he killed three french soldiers last week to protest western intervention in afghanistan and he killed the jewish children and one adult on monday at the jewish school to avenge the children being killed in palestine. that is where we are right now with this unfolding story. >> meantime, baltimore city mayor stephanie rollins blake will propose a new budget that could mean potentially bad news for city employees. it does not raise taxes, it will bring some big changes to the fire department and other city employees. the budget proposal would permanently close three fire companies currently on a rotating basis. the plan includes a merger of the 311 and 911 call center, no furloughs, but no pay raises. the employes would have to pay higher out-of-pocket cost for

the clarke county runs out to come back a few moments later and clean out the register. but clark was not seriously hurt this is a large fire that broke out at a gas station in south florida after driver crashes into a pomp and is caught on tape. a small suv appears to drive in front of the yellow hunmmer crashed into the pump are the two women inside the suv jump out of the vehicle while other drivers frantically try to get out of the area. the flames were contained to the one pump. >> when i looked outside at the fire, i ran straight over to hear an end -- and at the pump stop button theme that was very smart and luckily no one was hurt. still to come -- a baltimore county community loses its fight against a new school they don't want to build. details on that vote plus a common remedy to allergies can dig on the united states.

>> there is opposition to this baltimore county public school. county school board members voted unanimously tuesday night to build a new school in the same area as mays chapel park and the decision came despite residents' voicing concern. one resident says she supports education but does not think this is the best location to build the new school. >> where is that parking going

drink. the carbonated drink industry saw a fall in sales, total volume in the category was down for the seventh year in a row. >> now your instaweather plus forecast. >> once again, we are seeing temperatures well above normal, almost a tropical pattered we are seeing. we have clouds coming in off the ocean and that is producing clouds for baltimore down to d.c. and much of the state. a little bit of clearing right now as you go over and over. on the radar, we conceivable lead over fredericksburg which is shifting toward charles county in southern maryland. this could be a little wet weather in areas like la plata and could drift north over the next couple of hours per week could see a sprinkle especially in southern maryland for the next couple of hours. we are expecting the sunshine to start to break out.

this cloud cover will break apart and that will help the temperatures warmth for the next couple of hours. we still have that high pressure saddam -- system offshore. it has not changed much for days and we have that moisture coming in of the ocean that produces clouds in the morning and keep the temperatures mild. the temperatures will quickly warmed up as we clear out and the warmest part of the day has been about 6:00 in the evening hours. that system is still sitting there but it is slowly starting to drift to the south and that will mean we would get more of a southerly wind flow rather than the flow of the ocean. we will see the skies clear out the next couple of days and the temperatures will jump up. the front is slowly but surely moving east for the rain showers throughout arkansas into louisiana and behind that is where we have the cool air. you can see it on the national weather map. 45 degrees in denver and check out chicago -- 80 degrees and that is where we have the heat

through illinois back into ohio and lower michigan. chicago is starting to get 90 degrees this afternoon. it is unbelievable for them this kind of -- this time of year. we will get some of that want the next couple of days but it is mainly in the 60s now and 65 at the airport. tonight, partly cloudy skies and we are expecting a couple of isolated showers the south of baltimore but not a major concern. other than that, we are warming up into the 70's especially on friday as we get more sunshine, maybe pushing into the 80's and drop down this weekend as cool air finally arrives, 60's with the chance of rain. ♪ >> you may be feeling it now so you know that spring can mean misery for allergy sufferers. a natural methods of breeding in
