of action. a neighborhood launch captain who has missed the shooting. chief of police have temporarily stepped aside. >> the cries for justice. grew a bit louder in florida. >> i'll stand before you today not knowing how i'll walk with him right now. because my heart hurts so much. >> a growing pain and anger pushing thousands to this part to rally for a young man who couldn't be there. he is my son. he is your son. >> 17-year-old trayvon martin, carrying only a bag of candy and iced tea was shot and killed. >> he should have been arrested that night. >> but it's been almost a month since the shooting and no rest.

murder. . he was investigated for violence in 2008. he was accused of groping a woman and beating her boyfriend. but no charges were filed against him. the speculation is over about what killed whitney houston in february. nbc's stephanie reporting. >> trouble pop star whitney houston actually drown in a bathtub with cocaine and heart disease as contributing factors to her death. the county core nor released the findings. >> we know that when she slipped under the water, she was still alive. we have evidence of drowning. there were water in the lungs, so that substantiates that findings. >> one day before the grammies.
