will be a visit to the dmz. the controversy over the death of trayvon martin should cause everyone to do some soul- searching. in baltimore, activist are answering that call and organizing a rally. we are live downtown with the story. >> a lot of people in the baltimore area are upset and outraged by what happened to trayvon martin. even the sanford, florida is far away, if people in our area are showing their support on monday night. >> trayvon martin has become a symbol for the fight for justice, not in sanford, fla., but across the nation. >> rev. witherspoon and cheryl black are outraged by the shooting death of trayvon martin. the circumstances surrounding

his death are reminiscent of incidents that happened in baltimore, like the alleged beating by a black teenager by a jewish community group. >> we feel the pain to some degree. >> between incident like that one and to show solidarity for trayvon martin, witherspoon and black are organizing a rally for monday afternoon. it will be held at 5:00 p.m. and finished with a rally at city hall. >> we think it is an outrage. people are rightfully angry. we want to create a been you by which people can come together collectively are around the city. >> come out. we have a clear idea of what we want -- no more racial profiling, changes in the police system here in terms of community control, and ultimately jobs for young people. >> hundreds of are expected to come out for the baltimore march. like other rallies, organizers

are asking people to wear hoddieodies. that march begins at 5:00 p.m. monday. there will be a rally in vigil at city hall. reporting live at city hall in downtown baltimore, the bba ltv 11 news. >> it has been more than five years sent a new york police officers shot and killed an unarmed man. the police department has fired the detectives. shonn bell was killed in a 16- bullet bras when he left his bachelor party in november 2006. the department has fired an officer and three others ab resign. the decision came after administrative judge concluded he acted improperly. baltimore county police investigating a stabbing in -- at a gas station. it happened shortly after 9:00.

average temperature. 57 at annapolis. 54 at ocean city. jester town, 57. frederick is off 50. still in the 50's out in western maryland. all of that moisture with that big storm system still reaches back in the ohio will be it -- ohio river valley. the upper part of the storm still have to come through. there is still more out to the west. it will take another 18-24 hours for this thing to move through the area. scattered showers and thunder possible. 52-58 the overnight low. like, easterly winds. mostly cloudy tomorrow. maybe a few sun breaks here and there. maybe some thunder. probably not quite as much rain as today and tonight, but still a chance for rain. northwest wind at 5-10. the statewide forecast -- everybody's still had that rain chance around the area.
