the 2500 block of west cold spring lane at 9:30 a.m., reports of someone acting unstable. authorities arrived at the kept out jackson's and there was an altercation. that was when the victim was shot. the incident is under investigation. it is not clear what happened inside the home prior to that emergency call. >> convicted of a vehicular manslaughter in the hit-and-run death of towson university student. a former mellon man is returning to a court room. he is trying to get his sentence modified before judgment. barry simms has the details. >> in the court motion, matthew miller claims he's of his punishment and wants to put this matter behind him. parents of the victim believed that he has had leniency.

frost. high pressure delivered -- that delivered this shot of air is moving away. this is producing lo and gray stratus clouds but this front will be approaching. the winds shift to the southwest. dickensian the impact on temperatures. cleveland is at 54. the southwest winds will produce warmer temperatures tomorrow. when the front arrives it will kick up a couple of scattered showers or thunderstorms to the southwest. the west virginia mountains through kentucky and no. tennessee and virginia, a possible a few severe thunderstorms. just a slight risk but is there. we could hear some thunder as that front slides through. there is not much going on with the cold front. it is very dry. showers in iowa and northern missouri have been drying up. we're not expecting a lot of rain, some hit and miss showers. maybe an isolated thunderstorm or to popping up as it slides through tomorrow afternoon.
