p.m. >> good evening, i'm debra winger. the big story tonight, the waiting game to see who has the mega millions lottery ticket that was sold in baltimore county. there are two other winning tickets in kansas and illinois. they are each worth $213 million before taxes. no doubt, a steady stream of customers at the local store that sold the winning ticket. >> how's your phone been ringing off the hook? >> no, why? >> once people found out the ticket was sold in baltimore county. i got calls from friends and family in florida and so forth. and i will not like, when i found out it was sold in baltimore county, my heart skipped a beat. but the ticket was sold here at this 7/11 in milford mail.

a steady stream of people coming to this store all day long at this location. some people have stopped by to take pictures of the luckie convenience store. others bought their tickets here and were coming to see if they won the jackpot. we still do not know who the winner was. here is the breakdown of the numbers. from towson university. the student is identified as 24 -- 20-year-old ryan daily from new york. he was on northbound washington avenue when a vehicle traveling in the same lane hit him. crews responded just before 2:00 a.m. and paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. the car is described as an older model silver or white? the car. a man is in the hospital tonight after police shot him while investigating another disturbance. officers were called to the 2500 block of brookfield avenue in the northeast for a report of the disturbance. police said the suspect fled the scene and his description was given to officers on patrol. >> they thought -- spotted the suspect in 2400 block of callow ave. the officer went to apprehend the suspect in a struggle ensued. the suspect with through a

button and the officer, fearing for his safety, which drew his weapon and shot one round. >> the officer was not injured. in northeast baltimore, officers responded to a shooting in the 900 block of valley street just before midnight. a 59-year-old man was found with multiple gunshot wounds. he was taken to johns hopkins where he was pronounced dead. police are investigating, but still no suspects or motives. in miami, police are searching for cruise after eight gunmen opened fire on mourners outside a funeral home. police say at least one gun and fired from a passing car as adults gathered at the funeral home last night. of those injured, a 5-year-old girl who is in stable condition. any march in florida at demanding justice for 17-year- old trayion martin.
