claimed she has one of the three mega millions ticket worth $105.50 million. mrs. wilson claim she was in a pool with her co-workers at a mcdonald's but the actual winning ticket she bought by herself. she says in the article she has no plans to share their winnings. at this mcdonald's a few blocks from where the winning ticket was sold, i was told by a pr person that cameras were not allowed on the property and she would not give out any information including whether mrs. wilson worked at mcdonald's or whether any mega millions pool had been purchased by employees here. and under -- and address we found in south baltimore, no one -- answered and one neighbor told me there has not been any activity here in weeks. back at the 711 where the ticket was purchased, store employees had no comment but patrons i talked with for the most part

>> you have gone through this before but nothing of this magnitude. have you seen rumors like this before? >> we have not. it is the perfect storm between having the largest jackpot in the history of the world and you couple that with yesterday with april fool's day. there were no shortage of rumors and suggestions and photoshopped lottery tickets. >> when someone comes forward and has the ticket, do they have to be anonymous? >> it will be known to us. they do not have to enter into any publicity. it is possible the public will not know. we will know and we will make sure the information gets out there. that is one of the things i want to reinforce. the ticket has not been claimed. we do not want the rightful ticket holder to be confused believing the ticket has been claimed only to discard the winning ticket. >> thank you and we appreciate

>> we were here when hundreds marched through downtown baltimore. they wore hooded sweatshirt and they demanded an end to racial profiling. we have a video. the enthusiasm prompted the minister to take an opportunity to address a number of issues he believes are plaguing the black community. he is trying to capitalize on the outcry and outrage. we will speak to the organizer. how do you plan to distinguish tonight's event from what we saw last week? >> one of the major things that has been laid on my heart is there has not been a public outcry or from the church. as a young adult clergyperson, one of the things the lord has impressed upon my heart is we need to stand up as the church and give a prophetic voice which is different from a social one. >> you have said some of the social issues are on your mind. this goes beyond wearing a hooded sweatshirt. what are the most pressing issues in the black community in

goatee. baltimore city police were identifying a man found dead inside his car. there arrived to the 1000 block of east 22nd street when they found marcus williams inside are running dodge charger. he was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. no word of a suspect or possible motive. >> crash scene detectives are investigating a hit-and-run accident that killed the towson university student. ryan bailey was pronounced dead and the search continues for the driver of that car. we're live at tollison with the latest. >> metro crimestoppers are offering money for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. it has been a tragic weekend for the towns and university community. as we speak, fraternity

brothers -- [unintelligible] members of sigma chi are leaning on each other as they mourned the death of one of their brothers. >> we're going through this together the best possible. >> he was an accounting major who was a member of the sigma pi fraternity. he was killed while walking near the intersection of york road in washington avenue early saturday morning. he was walking northbound on the road when a car traveling in the same direction hit him and kept going. he was pronounced dead of the scene and the search continues for the older white or silver boxy cars that hit him. >> crash investigators are reconstructing what happened. we cannot comment about what happened. police have not determined how he was struck and that will be up to the medical examiner.

areas away from the water in the city. temperatures from the low to the mid-30's. maybe 40 in the city. high pressure will be sitting of the new england coast. it will be warmer with temperatures in the 60's. this system will give us a chance for a few showers by the time we get into wednesday morning. for tomorrow, we should stay dry. sunny and warmer. the high temperature between 64 and 69. we will go the other way. this will be above average for this time of year. the average high is 60. the record high, 88 setback in 1963. going into the holiday weekend, things will change a little bit by the end of the week. we will jump in to the low 70's by wednesday. a 30% chance for rain showers. dry and thirsty back into the 50's. a 30% chance for rain shower. not a washout situation. it will be called with highs in the 50's. easter sunday in the 60's.

maryland lawmakers try to hammer the best -- differences in the budget. >> the met to discuss the shift and the increases to the income tax. david collins joins us from annapolis with more. >> so far they have held off any discussion or decision about shifting the cost of teacher pensions but at this hour, they are discussing increasing the state income tax. >> wednesday is the self-imposed

deadline to wrap of budget decisions but few members believe that will happen. the differences in the house and senate plans to increase personal income taxes are significant. the house wants an increase of point to 5%. for single filers making 100 grand year. the point to 5% increase would apply to joint filers earning $150,000 or more. exemptions would be phased out for those making $100,000 and exemptions would be eliminated for single filers who was wages are $150,000 or more and for joint filers with incomes of $200,000. total revenue generated is $191 million. >> we have a solution. >> the senate budget puts a 1.5% increase on those with taxable incomes from 3000 to 25,000. a point to for those earning 75 to 500 -- $500,000.
