they then found that toyota camry crashed into a poll of mccormick road. police were able to catch up with the suspects but have not released their name. we are told at one point that had to use a taser to arrest one man. >> of paris accused of setting a put -- up pitbull on fire. >> today, april 5 was originally projected to be the last day of the trial, the prosecution -- the prosecution is still putting on their case, working all day on a witness who started testifying yesterday. >> brothers travers and tremayne johnson on trough for a second time, accused of setting up pitbull on fire in may 2009. the testimony picked up for the prosecution left off on wednesday. sergeant jerome jackson showed surveillance video showing and

interacting with and kicking a dog, and then a dog running from an alley on fire. they were identified as travers and jermaine johnson. sargen jackson was involved in the case and continue his testimony by talking about the day in june 2009 when sierra goodman walked into the western district and said she witnessed the dog being burned. goodman testified in the johnson burst robert refused in this trial and was held in contempt. jackson said johnson encircled reject circulated pictures and identified them in connection with the dog burning. jackson testified she wrote, i saw these individuals running from the scene of the crime or the dog was burned to death. the judge granted the defense motion to exclude the gas can felt -- founded michael taylor is back yard from evidence. thursday afternoon, the judge announced -- allowed the prosecution to introduce the
