men dead and two others injured. one reportedly expressed anger online over his father being shot and killed by a black man. nbc's frances kuo has the details. >> reporter: acting on an anonymous tip police arrested two men. >> we were desperate for leads, and that's why we made some very pointed requests of our community to come forward, and they did. >> reporter: the arrests came two days after the shootings that left neighborhoods. >> north tulsa in fear. police believe the victims were targeted at random. >> it sickens me, it angers me. this is not what tulsa, oklahoma, is about. >> reporter: the two are expected in court later this week, each facing multiple counts of first-degree murder and shooting with intent to kill. >> our investigation also includes social networking

in california a tanker truck carrying 9d,000 gallons of gas burst into flames after being hit by a car. it happened between two major interstate freeways shutting down the highways for hours. in gary, indiana, two trains collided sunday and 15 cars derailed as a result. a faulty switch gear is being blamed. one worker broke his leg. those living within a mile of the crash are being asked to stay in their homes while clean-up crews bring heavy equipment in and out of the area. there's no sign that any hazardous materials were on board. finally in new york it's the one day each year people doan e doenld mind getting sakd. this year's international pillow fight was held in 100 cities around the world. organizers say it's about getting outside and being social but one city, los angeles, canceled pillow fights worrying
