case had been progressing so slowly. crime lab technician took the stand in the case against travers and tremayne johnson, there were pictures and video of the dog on fire and the photos that were previously disallowed by the judge. an ignitable substance was found on jeans taken from the home in which the brothers lived. this retrial was supposed to take place in may of last year and was postponed several times. >> a man accused of attempting to sexually abused a child in a school bathroom. he took an hour for play -- he

took an alford plea. he walked into a middle school and forced a boy into a bathroom and tried to assault him. somebody hurt the boy screaming for help. and a minister is accused of abusing a student -- and administer. this happened back in july of 2010. congregations will start picking up the pieces after a fire spreads through their church, pleasant zion baptist church. it started in a shed on church property. it might have caused a partial collapse. >> they called me and said the church is on fire.
