hours after 17-year-old emerald smith and 16-year-old courtney angeles were struck. pictures of the vehicle showed two huge indentations of the vehicle and blood all over the hood and right number area. officer willis testified he believed dunne was under the influence of alcohol, but did not tested because he was not considered a suspect because he was a passenger. the defense says the officer's testimony has no merit. >> are you implying that he is lying, making this up out of thin air? >> i did not imply it at all. i said it. >> the exit -- the girlfriend took the stand in the afternoon through emotional testimony she said she and dunne had gotten in a huge argument as they were leaving her mother's house because he had hung out with his friends for too long at 11:00

p.m., he was behind the wheel as they headed back to fort meade and she was anxious to get back to her son and she spent too much time at her mother's. she said she smelled alcohol on him. to be sure they did not get caught at the red light, he spat out at the intersection. she said she briefly saw the two girls before they hit the windshield. she then said that he told her to drive because they would get a lesser charge if they got caught. she agreed and they switched on a 295 in hopes of driving back to the scene to help, but they were pulled over and arrested. miles pleaded guilty after the fact and received five years suspended and 18 months probation.

his attorney is claiming that she is lying about her testimony and that she was driving. >> don has been charged with two counts of automobile manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident, and to you why. dui.nd a d >> this is video that has gone viral online, a tourist in downtown baltimore beaten and stripped. it is all caught on camera. he is a 31-year-old man from arlington, virginia. police are asking for help looking three suspects in the video. investigators were able to freeze a portion of the assault to zoom in on three people wanted in the case. this happened around st. patrick's day of the 100 block of north catholic street. the video was uploaded to youtube. the man is attacked by a group of unknown people.

today, a stuffed animal sits at the foot of his home. he died here after he came across a loaded gun in his home and accidentally shot himself. he was there with two other siblings and his grandmother's. >> as a child, a first grader, founded gun inside a children's spider-man backpack that was left on the floor. police say 24-year-old ray van allen brown, who lives at the same home, has been charged with reckless endangerment. one family member who did not wish to be on camera, said brown was like family and the tragedy was an accident. she tells me that the back back was browns, and that al-omari, who has a similar backpack, may have confused it with his gun and opened it. she said he was shaking when he saw what happened and offered to help in any way.
