cut to a baltimore city homeless shelter. it cannot stay open without electricity. live at city hall. >> that homeless shelters as they have a funding agreement with the city and the claim that the city has not held up their end of the deal. but a spokesman for the mayor's office says that is not the case. as you can imagine, this is evolving into a classic case of he said/she said. now that the shelter has fallen on hard financial times, he is not sure where he will go. >> right now, it is a very stressful situation. am i going back to the streets? it is very stressful. >> we have people who are living here in abandoned buildings. we have people who are coming out of prison who have no place to go. they come to prisoners paid for help and we help them. >> but frank marchand does not

make supporting documents available tomorrow. the payment and utility bills at paa facilities is the sole responsibility of the paa organization. they say the city is their sole source of revenue. >> police have identified the six-year-old prince george's county boy who accidently shot himself. amary perkins shot himself in the chest on tuesday. police say that brown also lived at the home in clinton, brought the gun home and stashed it in a backpack. it is a video that has gone viral on line. a tourist in downtown baltimore was beaten and stripped. the victim is a 31-year-old man from arlington, virginia.
