we are told that the fire started in the vacant building and started to at least two other buildings. fire investigators are still working the case. fire crews are trying to figure what started a two-alarm blaze in south west baltimore that destroyed three homes. it broke out at 9:30 this tonight at yale avenue. two of the damaged homes were vacant but one was occupied. everyone was able to get out safely. >> at the noon hour we have a sunny skies and temperatures are climbing rapidly. north wins are gusting to 17. temperatures will be rising today into the mid-sixties for hides. if you like that, because ideas about typical for this time of year, on saturday we are going farther.

be in a position to pay ourselves. >> the mayor's office says the organization is responsible for utility bills. testimony continues in the trial of reuben dunn. prosecutors say he was driving drunk when he hit and killed two teenagers. his ex-girlfriend testified that once they reached 25, shdunn tod her to drive. dunn's attorney says she is lying and that she was the driver all along. >> if this was mr. dunn in that position, ms. miles would never have been charged. >> dunn is charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving under the influence. three people face charges after a robbery victim take matters

into her own hands. katherine ginder, cody tumolo, and a third unidentified men are accused of robbing a young girl outside a domino's pizza. police say happened just before 11:00 wednesday night. we are told one of the male suspects mugged the girl and hopped into a getaway car. we now have an idea of what the new mount washington tavern will look like. the historic landmark was destroyed by fire late last year. owners say they plan to reopen as early as this fall. the owners have been working with architects to make sure that the historic nature of the building is maintained. officials maintain the fire was accidental. a police chief less than the up to zero weeks from retirement killed in a violent thursday night to out. we are hearing the whole ordeal involved drugs.

capt. roy taylor and sky team 11 fly above it with the latest. >> this is the outer loop of the beltway just past charles street, where a jackknifed tractor-trailer has tied up at least two lanes here. they have a vehicles able to get by on the shoulder to get through this accident. there is a fuel spill at the location. traffic from here all the way past providence road at the present time. it will be very slow going until they get this cleaned up on the outer loop of the beltway. >> ms indeed. thank you, captain roy. the mayor of newark, new jersey is being called a hero. the house next door to the mayor, corey parker, caught on fire. the mayor and a security team rushed into the home to save a woman.

at edgewood, 57. parkton, westminster, a 54. here is the satellite image. we are high and dry. you can see that there is a big area of high-pressure over the eastern seaboard now. it is holding this storm to the west, away from us. this line, center point, we are east of that. temperatures will be close to normal for this time of year. more southerly winds there that will take temperatures up. this storm out to the west -- initial parts of it will pass to our north. this will bring in warmer air, but it will increase rain chance, especially next week.
