eight dogs were discovered in a home. animal control remove the dogs from a home on tuesday night. johnnie taylor is charged with eight counts of animal cruelty and drug possession. police say they will continue to investigate potential animal cruelty cases in baltimore. >> who wants to see an animal suffering? themayor's office and state's attorney's office are partnering up to make sure that we do investigations and if there's anybody involved in these activities that they are investigated and brought to justice. >> the dogs are now being cared for and they are in relatively good condition. longer tripong you

home for some commuters last night. emerges the crews put out the flames. no one was hurt but a nearby house trained became disabled. a rescue train was brought in. 500 students are expected to rally today. they want governor o'malley to call lawmakers back for a special session. state employees started counting down until the budget cuts take effect. there was a doomsday clock in annapolis to call attention to what could result from a drastic budget cuts that could go into effect in july. >> these cuts would be detrimental to our school and our community. we have seen how cuts to our school can negatively impact our students.
