counterfeit. the fda was also out here during the raid. the fed say counterfeit goods are a big problem for them. >> it is a multibillion-dollar industry. it is harmful to our e economy. it takes away american jobs. this is still an ongoing investigation. >> we will have more on the investigation tonight at 11:00 p.m. >> we have some breaking news to pass along. a tractor trailer has overturned. all lanes are closed. this picture was provided by the baltimore city fire union. the accident happened three hours ago. crews are still on the scene. longtime maryland civil-rights leader, carl snowden has been

charged with marijuana possession. 11 news talks to his attorney and the attorney said it was a minor amount of marijuana. we are confident he will be found not guilty. the director of the maryland office for civil rights. he plans to leave that office to work on a case. lawmakers are asking the secret service for a detailed account of who did what before president obama landed in columbia. our reporter has more. >> washington is bracing for more fallout from the secret service sex scandal.

-- going on in the area today. slightly warmer down to our south in the lower eastern shore. baltimore is in the upper 40's. here is what the satellite picture looks like. low clouds down in the carolinas. you can see the swirl of the clouds. you can see the heavy rain in pennsylvania and new york state. that is going straight up into pennsylvania and new york in the next 24 hours. the mountains are going to pick up some snow. eventually, this entire system pulls to the north and dissipates. it will slowly but surely dry out. it would take a couple of days to get all the defects of this storm. nw winds at 10-20 miles per
