bidding of a tourist on st. patrick's day. the video when fire broke. the second suspect is charged with armed robbery. >> shayone davis was arrested and charged on friday. today her bond was set at $750,000. the judge referred to her as a substantial and extreme risk to the public. according to police, shayone davis is the woman shown in this video, gyrating on the victim and beating her with her high-heeled shoe. the man is punched, knock to the ground, rob, and stripped of his clothes. davis was arrested friday after a very public police search. it included pictures of what is alleged to be davis and two other people who police say they are still looking for. davis is being held on 700

$2,000 bond, charged with first and second-degree assault, an armed robbery. >> prosecutors and detectives were able to charge her with armed robbery because she used that hsu as a blunt force object. >> that will come out in time 3 >> the only other person in custody is aaron parsons. he turned himself in after police received several calls. >> people saw how outrageous the video was and they picked up the phone and went to their computers and were able to help investigators identify these individuals. >> no one came to the door at the baltimore home where davis lives with her grandmother and 1-roll daughter. during her review, davis is unemployed and has a substance abuse problem and is expected to graduate from an alternative school in june. davis has been in trouble with the law before. in december of last year, she

was charged with assault and false imprisonment. prosecutors have that case on hold. she has a juvenile assault record. the hearing is may 15. >> an update in the trial of two brothers accused of beating a black turn -- teenager. shayone dav the defense attorneys are asking for another postponement because of recent comparisons to the trayvon martin case. in the case, the neighborhood watch men accused of second- degree murder in the death of trayvon martin has been released on $150,000 bail. his whereabouts are secret. gps device will pinpoint his location to authorities and

alerted them if he drifts a few feet away from where he is allowed. he may be residing outside florida for safety reasons. the chief left his post temporarily amid public questioning and criticism over his handling of the case. back at home, it is life behind bars for man who murdered his girlfriend, a mother of three in baltimore city. she was found in a wooded area more than a year after disappearance. her live-in boyfriend, tyrone webb was accused. he learned his speech this morning, since to life plus a year in prison. >> it happened around 2:45 p.m. this afternoon in the 5400 block of hillburn avenue.

detectives are coming through clues they found at the scene. a maryland civil rights leader has been charged with marijuana possession. carl snowden was arrested after police noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from a parked vehicle. she went -- he went on paid leave as the director of the maryland attorney general's office of civil-rights. he announced he will be taking a sabbatical to pursue a lawsuit against anne arundel county executive john leopold. his attorney said further investigation will show the charges are non-issue. adding there was another person in the vehicle and the marijuana in question was a small amount. >> two schoolchildren and their bus driver were taken to hospital after suffering minor injuries in a crash. we were over that scene at 3:00 p.m. today at liberty park in dundalk. a box truck ran a stop sign, crashing into the school bus from denville middle school.

there were 15 children on board. no word on any charges being pressed. investigation continues into a three alarm warehouse fire in canton that forced nearby residents to evacuate because of concerns about hazardous chemicals. firefighters spent the day knocking down the warehouse. it started on the 1200 block of yless street.al >> there are so many chemicals in there, an explosion would have been horrible. >> the biggest concern is the structural integrity of the building. officials can begin to assess and contain the chemicals at the scene. gas prices are gradually easing away from the $4 mark, dropping to an average of $3.86 over the past two weeks. >> the president is talking --

holding a special session to repair the state budget. the governor is scheduled to meet with the legislature's presiding officers. the meeting is scheduled for tomorrow morning. considering when to hold a special session to repeal the budget after lawmakers failed to pass a revenue package this year. malley said he wants to meet after the house and senate cannot reach a consensus on the package which included increased taxes for people who make more than $100,000 a year. >> we may be at the end of april but the weather advisories and warnings are in effect in western maryland tonight. >> accumulations expected in up to six to 10 inches. >> remember this? snow? have not seen much of it this week -- winter but they got an eyeful in western maryland, and -- on monday.

temperatures almost 20 degrees less than normal. we only briefly hit the 50- degree mark and the normal is 67. look at that record high. from yesterday's, soaking rain and one-and-a-half to 2 inches of rain. a few drops left over today. best news of the storm, it washed the pollen out of the atmosphere. the tree pollen count was just three. we expected to return to those higher levels. the winter storm warning remains in effect for those areas of western pennsylvania. the warnings have been dropped for maryland except in alleghany county with snow on the ground and clearing skies, a freeze warning in effect. for that part of maryland overnight. it has been hovering between 32 and 35 degrees. only marginally warmer in carroll county, where it is 39. 43 in caroline county.

at ocean city, is 42 degrees. we show a brief clearing pattern as we head toward early tuesday morning and with the skies clearing, it will be cold. west winds will be testing in the morning. if they die down and the sky turned clear, the temperatures could go below freezing. we will have enough of a breeze to keep the atmosphere makes. the storm is pulling away, moving on up toward new england and the circulation around it is still brisk. it is a summer pattern went to get out west. 30's and 40's in the atlantic for highs. 90's and 100's 4 highs in the west. the hot stuff will stay out west. we see the storm losing its grip on our region and sunshine returns on wednesday. temperatures get back to normal mid-week before the next system moves on and on thursday with some showers likely thursday afternoon. temperatures come up tomorrow.

we will see a few breaks in the cloudiness. a 25% chance of showers. a small craft advisory for those on the bay. gusting up to 25 knots. a real job on the bay. a bit of rain in the afternoon. a sprinkle possible on wednesday. the temperatures will start melting that snow in western maryland. we have that minimal change of an isolated shower especially on the western -- upper eastern shore. wednesday, partly cloudy. the wind is the main factor, along the coastal areas especially. winds are gusting over 30 miles per hour. the seven-day forecast, a minimal chance of a shower. dry and mild wednesday. a chance for rain thursday. it does look like the weekend, we may have to do with another storm moving through. >> as if they did not have enough trouble. the general manager faces an accusation that has piqued the interest of the fbi.

the saints have a new round of problems. he had access to an electronic listening device on game days that would enable him to listen to opposing coaches conversations between 2002 and 2005. the saints aggressively denied he used or had such a device. the rules prohibit a device that can give a team unfair advantage. federal law also frowns on electronic eavesdropping without a warrant. officials have begun to look into allegations against the saints and loomis. no, thank you. the response they gave to the stadium. family members have another reason for deflecting the name change offer.
