detective daniel nicholson was suspended and under investigation after allegedly misusing resources. this was in an attempt to find his daughter. >> the matter is a different matter that is under investigation involving detective nicholson. if i thought this impacted on this case, we would not have brought it. >> there was nothing unusual in the suspension. >> a teacher charged with having sex with three students will here's the thing today. he had encounters with students on and off the glen burnie high school campus in 2009 and 2011. he taught english and was the

finance trial continues in north carolina. his former aide testified in court that large sums of money went to build his $1.5 million home. said he took the payments at hisrds' direction during 2008 presidential campaign. his wife could possibly take the stand today. a former or marine who pleaded guilty to firing shots of the pentagon will be sentenced this morning. the incident happened in 2010. he was arrested near the pentagon after being spotted with a back pack containing potentially explosive materials and notes referring to jihad. >> the space shuttle enterprise is expected to be flying over new york city today. after the tour, it will go to
