it is expected to get underway this morning. prosecutors claim the robocalls tried to suppress the african- american vote in the 2010 election. the call went out to more than 100,000 voters on election night. it suggested the election was over before the polls closed. the calls failed to identify who paid for it. julius henson admits he was the author of the call. he was working for a bob ehrlich at the time. 11 news caught up with henson. he argued the charges were unconstitutional and the charges against him should be thrown out. >> basically, the state made a mistake in bringing this case and we will prove it. >> paul schurick was convicted in the same scandal. he got home detention and a suspended jail sentence. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a bass will start is arrested

on charges of disorderly conduct. p sean howard -- pe'shon howard was arrested. a fight broke out inside. he taunted some of the people involved will people try to calm the situation. he is now awaiting a court date. a suspicious death in northwest baltimore. police found the male victim unresponsive at the scene. this was 1:00 sunday afternoon. the medical examiner will not determine the exact cause of death. there was a stabbing in annapolis over the weekend. there was a private party inside the lodge on solomon's island road. all three victims are in stable

condition at shock trauma. anyone who might have further details should call annapolis police. >> doing what they can to keep their attacker behind bars. a 10-year plea deal. a former catholic school teacher was accused of molesting more than a dozen children. those charges were dropped when he was sentenced to cultural life terms. a man was hit by a cab early on sunday morning. police say he and two friends were running. the cab driver did not have enough time to stop. >> a maryland court of appeals ruled owners of pit bulls are

>> welcome back to 11 news today. 6:44. police are looking into a suspicious death in northwest baltimore. a male victim was found unresponsive at the scene at 1:00 on sunday afternoon. the medical examiner cannot determine the exact cause of death. some multiple stabbings outside of an elks lodge in annapolis. the private party broke up outside the lodge on solomon's island road. all three victims are in stable condition in shock trauma. police have vague descriptions of the suspects. pe'shon howard has been arrested.
