it was a good call. it was not my decision to put the tag on the call. >> he has said in the past the charges are unconstitutional and the charges should be thrown out. >> a basketball player is arrested for disorderly conduct. he was arrested outside a restaurant. the fight had broken out inside. what was not involved in the fight, he allegedly pointed people -- taunted people involved while police were trying to calm the situation. city police are looking into suspicious death in northwest baltimore. police found the male victim unresponsive at around 1:00 sunday afternoon. the medical examiner will determine the cause of death. please continue to look for a pair of suspects in connection

be an isolated shower. better chances of rain tomorrow. we will tell you about that in the 7-day forecast. >> a baltimore man's visit to new york city turned daily. -- turned deadly. he was hit early sunday morning after he fell into the road trying to cross after a red light. he and friends were running. he fell into the road. the cab driver did not have enough time to stop. the maryland state attorney general says his office may petition the ruling striking down part of the dna collection of. the maryland court of appeals ruled collecting dna samples from some suspects amounts to unreasonable search and seizure and is a violation of the fourth amendment. the state attorney general says he disagrees with the ruling and might appeal. law enforcement officials call ruling detrimental. pit bull owners are making their feelings known about a recent court ruling they say unfairly targets their pets. in a decision last week, the

we will see temperatures rise the next 1 days. we can see the effects of the warm front. it is producing clouds over the mid-atlantic from baltimore towards the eastern shore. this will increase tonight. we have rain chance of building. this warm front will left over us. the area of low pressure moves over us tomorrow. we stay and settled through the next couple days. -- we state unsettled for the next couple days. we will seek to redress. -- we will see temperatures rise. at midnight, we see indications of showers. tomorrow morning around 7:00 is when we get the real rain. tomorrow through midday is when we have a better chance of rain. we may see rain in the morning and more rain in the afternoon. that is something to keep in mind.

as we go into wednesday, another chance of rain as the tail end of the storm system is still affecting the area. the forecast for the afternoon, temperatures will get into the 60's this afternoon. it will be breezy for the evening hours with the warm front. towards 9:00, dropping to 60 degrees. there may be light, isolated shower. a better chance of showers late tonight into tomorrow morning with mostly cloudy skies. ay mild overnight. there's a chance of showers tomorrow. temperatures will get closer to 80. we're still near 80 degrees on thursday. we will start to cool down next weekend. >> new research questions the practice of restricting pacifiers for breast feeding

babies. many pediatricians discourage new mothers from offering pacifiers to newborns because of possible nipple confusion. a study of babies born before and after pacifiers were restricted found it may not be true after all. the number of exclusively breastfed babies declined significantly after pacifiers were banned. patients are coming forward with stories of complications caused by human error. medical sponges are often left inside patients after surgery. there is a new technology helping to cut down on mistakes. >> sponges are white to begin with. when we put them inside a patient, they absorb blood and body fluids. they change color and become the color of the tissue that surrounds them. >> the smart sponge system
