area. with the occasionally wet weather be a hat over the last few days, it is helping keep the pollen count in check a bit. certainly not in the 2500 range we have seen in the past couple of weeks. 63 degrees at the inner harbor in downtown baltimore right now. the normal highs right around 70. we are running quite a bit below normal for this time of year. a cool 58 at manchester, a wooded 62. rising sun only in the upper 50's. in southern maryland, ahead of former air coming up from the south. fredericksburg virginia at 68, and petersburg, west virginia starting to get into some of that warmer air. there is some more air behind a warm front out here in the southern appalachians and part of the ohio valley.

that warm front will be lifting through tonight so it will not cloth much at all. tomorrow should be considerably warmer than today. this line of showers and storms this stretching from south of chicago and pushing into indiana. we will have to deal with some of those scattered showers as the warm air moves in late tonight and tomorrow. clouds continue, shot or thunderstorm possible overnight, especially after midnight. with all this warmer air streaming into the region, temperatures will stay in the low or maybe even upper 50's in some locations. there is the warm front stretching through the ohio valley. this same area of low pressure will not only push the war front three, it will drag a cold front across our region. -- not only push the warm front through. back to the west, another storm will push some warmer air our way and by the end of the week it may feel summary. severe thunderstorms breaking out in indiana and kentucky.

the watch is out for the upper midwest as at second storm moves across the northern plains. there goes the warm front through the region tomorrow morning, a couple of showers overnight into early tomorrow morning and maybe even a thunderstorm. then the skies will turn partly cloudy tomorrow afternoon. wednesday there will be activity off to the north and west. a partly cloudy, cooler day with most of the storms on wednesday staying up in the mountains. 79-84 degrees, a pretty significant change. partly cloudy afternoon allows the temperatures to get above normal tomorrow. west winds at 5-10 knots, waves about 1 foot out on the bay. they will still be dealing with some scattered storms in the mountains on wednesday. eastern shore locations, morning showers and sunshine and afternoon. that will get us to 82. on the coast, temperatures a

years of construction are paying off with the move of hundreds of patients at johns hopkins hospital in to new rooms at the new $1.10 billion state of the art facility. the 1.6 mou in square-foot structure includes the charlotte bloomberg children center. >> 1.6 million square feet sounds huge. >> you can see it behind me. it is a massive structure. we are in the final day of this move. yesterday they moved about 200 pediatric patients and today and have the daunting task of moving about 350 adult patients, which is going on at this hour. it may seem like a difficult process, but as we saw firsthand, staff members are making it seem pretty easy. >> we are ready to move you. >> a second moving day, monday, at johns hopkins hospital and
