>> some good news tonight for bge customers. residential customers will likely see their bills decrease, at least some. they will save an estimated $54 a year, coming on the heels of a onetime credit following the bge merger. it is the result of bidding that happens twice your whole cell providers. bge is about to replace all residential gas and electric meters with so-called smart meters. that will supposedly better let you manage your energy usage and save some money. >> some customers are very leery whether the new technology could be bad for your health. >> this is a smart leader. how smart is it? it basically read this self and send your energy uses wirelessly back to be deep.
