nobody who would study an achilles' tendon will rupture and return would expect him to approach anywhere close to a 95% to 100% that you are going to see by the end of this season. even under the best of circumstances. in may, it is not likely by the end of the season you will see him back. you can get him safe. 85% might be better for him than the vast majority at the league. could he returned to play? there is a good chance that he could come back to play in the latter months of the season and still be a very effective player. he would be beating the odds. >> that is something that terrell suggs is not afraid of. what about those task of picking up the slack and what about another rupture?

social services desperately tried to save an infant who they say had been stabbed in their facility by its own mother during unsupervised visit. city officials are saying thank you. there was a surprise, thanking william short iii and dana hayes for their action. the governor used the situation to show how important is to maintain state and federal funding for health and social services departments. >> there are hundreds of these sorts of visitations that the one on a regular basis. in this case, the workers reacted very quickly and very courageously. >> since the incident, officials have been reevaluating their security practices and while they say they plan to retain the services of a private firm, and

night showers and storms across the northern tier. the northern suburbs had thunderstorms and those showers helped to keep the morning pollen count down. it is counted early in the morning. 53 was the total count. there was some weed pollens showing up. the next phase of pollen allergies. in west virginia, 90. fredrik almost 90 degrees. contrast to 59 at the coast at ocean city. it depends on which direction the wind is blowing. the winds are blowing off the ocean. that cool east brace makes it all way back to the western shore and into the mountains, much warmer air and southwesterly wind is bringing heat into western maryland as close as frederick and carroll counties. other areas will see that low clouds and fog forming late

friday. after labor day sunshine, the clubs will come back and there could be an isolated -- clouds will come back and there could be an isolated thunderstorm. look at the broad scale. 50 in boston, 59 in ocean city, 57 in newark. close to 90 in many locations. detroit at 89. that will come surging in here tomorrow. more and more of the midlantic will get into the warm sector of this storm as the front gets pushed up toward new england. the muggy air and summery air be here. a better chance for storms as this front will send to the warm and muggy air. thee are watches covering seven lakes. some severe storms in the mid atlantic as well as the western ohio valley and plains states. the storms are popping here after some morning clouds and fog.
