republican nominee mitt romney. >> this is wbal tv 11 news at noon. >> good evening, everyone. the second victim in the church chuted in howard county has died. two women were shot and killed by an angry homeless man. our reporter is live with more on this latest development. >> i just spoke to a church member. we are still in this community. church members found out the passing this morning at church services. it is the same church where she and a church member were shot and killed earlier this week. one member was pronounced dead at the scene. mary died at the scene after being taken off life-support. if they were shot and killed by an angry man who then killed himself. police think his motive may have

come from the fact that he was asked to leave the church pantry because of apparent bad behavior. church members are happy she is giving the gift of life even to her death. >> she was a giving person. it was always there intend to give her organs. she was just barely alive when she was discovered and kept alive through live support. unfortunately, she had no brain function when she got to the hospital. >> separate funeral services will be held for both women later this week. >> thank you. in baltimore city fire investigators are searching for the cause of an early-morning house fired that sends her three children to shock trauma. these pictures were provided to us by recall on -- recon 2

the high temperature was held down because of the clouds. we were really right on target temperature wise. morning lows were around 60 degrees. we had a little drizzle and mist and a touch of fog and mist. the east wind drag in the moisture. you can see on the temperature for -- a profile that the temperatures are warmer to the west. the clouds are there out there. -- thinner out there. temperatures warmed up a little bit. not a bad day. you can see the cloud cover from that east wind. no friends or storms nearby. from canada down into iowa, we have this storm complex, which will be moved eastward. it will get us involved in some

wet weather. not the worst news in the world. we could do a little catching up. in the process of this storm coming in, our temperatures will bought up a little. we will see to a little cloud cover. we will not have much of a break. mostly cloudy overnight tonight. there will probably be a few breaks. low to mid 50's. temperatures rise tomorrow. we have more southeasterly winds. you can see how it affects temperatures in northern maryland. we will be stuck around 70 for the highs. there will be a bit more sunshine. tomorrow, a mix of clouds and sunshine. hopefully, a bit more sunshine coming through. seasonably mild. 60-72 the high. se winds at 5-10 miles per hour.

insta-weather futurecast does show the chance for a sprinkle with some of these clouds in the morning tomorrow. that should give up the ghost. the real rain chance hold off until tuesday. we could see some scattered showers and thunderstorms on wednesday. here is the seven-day forecast. 76 on tuesday with some on- again, off-again stormy weather. we taper off a bit. a little breezy or a speckle on thursday and dry going into next weekend. >> lots of people wearing there are is today. the orioles are playing. >> we will take a look at james harding. we will look at him go. what a day for him.

darvish struck out 11, a career high. but he made a few too many mistakes. cleveland's doubles up texas 4- 2. davish suffers its first loss of the season. preakness 2012 peak kentucky derby champion will continue his bid for the triple crown. he enjoyed a bag and a jog and showed a feisty side. there will be a host of new shooters and several that will want another chance to best i'll have another. he basks in the glow of the kentucky derby win. >> i think this is the kind of colt that can maintain its form and keep it going. >> cannot wait to see if he can.

>> maryland's court of appeals issued a controversial ruling making owners of pitbulls liable when someone is attacked by their dogs. the state postal highest court has determined -- state's highest court has determined these dogs are dangerous as a breed. our station has uncovered dozens of pitbulls attacks. 18-year-old boy was almost killed and his nine year-old friend was seriously injured by a neighbor's pit bull in 2007. records show the owner retrieves the dog but did nothing to help the boys. the owner has to prove the owner knew the -- the loss is the owner people-if the court wants to make sure negligent owners are held accountable. some people owners are all grace and say the new law is unfair and cyclist -- and discriminatory against the
