clerk in the ladies' room on a local college campus until the victim caught him in the act and ran him down. zachary campbell is charged with three counts related to spying on women in baltimore county. >> police say it is not the first time he has done it. we have the very latest. >> he was arrested after a woman caught him in the act and chased him out of a restroom, according to police that say this is part of a very disturbing pattern of behavior. >> in the community college is a commuter school, the kind of campus where news face doesn't raise anyone's radar. he was able to blend right in until he started spending time in the ladies' room. >> he seems to have a penchant for letting himself into women's bathrooms and spying on women

fined $50. reporting live, wbal tv 11 news. >> funeral arrangements are set for the two men fatally shot inside of a church. there will be held tomorrow at the cathedral of the incarnation in baltimore. the second victim will be remembered at the st. john's parish on thursday. those women were shot last thursday when a homeless man who had been turned away from the food pantry walk inside and opened fire before killing himself. >> after a fire ripped through the west baltimore home. the kids were fortunate to have survived. the fire crews responded are around 2:30 yesterday morning. two of the children were found inside a closet while a third

was found nearby. the oldest team was determined to get out with his siblings. >> he stood up there. >> firefighters are not sure exactly where the blaze began, and the cause is still under investigation. they credit surveillance video helping them find a person behind a string of arsons. he is accused of setting fire at the columbia mall. officials say that he is charged with seven arsons in and around the columbia area. the estimates are near $400,000. this happens to be arson awareness week. the howard county fire marshal's say that 50% are juvenile related. our county is one of the only jurisdictions with programs
