while they use the bathroom. >> it is scary and creepy at the same time. >> i think they need to advertise about it more. >> investigator's report run- ins' this spring, and they chased him until officers caught up. >> that is really awesome. >> he is facing criminal counts. investigators believe more women may come forward to add to those charges. >> this suspect clearly has a history of this behavior. we have three incidents that we are investigating to see if he is connected to some similar incidents at other college campuses. it is more than a prank, it is a violation. >> he pled guilty to another charge back in february and was

was found nearby. the oldest team was determined to get out with his siblings. >> he stood up there. >> firefighters are not sure exactly where the blaze began, and the cause is still under investigation. they credit surveillance video helping them find a person behind a string of arsons. he is accused of setting fire at the columbia mall. officials say that he is charged with seven arsons in and around the columbia area. the estimates are near $400,000. this happens to be arson awareness week. the howard county fire marshal's say that 50% are juvenile related. our county is one of the only jurisdictions with programs
