a new company that will manage baltimore city's grand prix event. >> it is refreshing to know that andretti motorsports is coming into team in -- team up with a local businessman to deliver the second grand prix. >> they're also responsible for the track and grant them out. >> for the race itself, operationally, it is a good thing. >> is a good thing for the city, but i do not think it is a good thing for the taxpayers when schools are crumbling. >> this new agreement has more protections for the city. under the terms, the grand prix will be conducted each year in baltimore for the next five. it can% tax will be placed on each ticket. a flat fee of $350,000 to the city will increase each year.

i-team lead investigative reporter jane miller has an update. -- jane miller has an update. >> the jury in this case just went home without reaching a decision today. they deliberated a total of about eight hours today. the only people we heard was a question asked just before lunchtime when they requested a copy of instructions on all the charges. usually lawyers say that if they sign some jurors are holding out. it is all about the robo call in the elections. and since codefendant, paul schurick, was convicted in december on similar charges. the jury in that case took about four hours to reach a decision. in this case, the jury has been added for a full day, part of yesterday, and will come back tomorrow morning.

>> special detectives in anne arundel counties say prostitution business working out of the b.w.i. third marshall business -- airport hotel district, three women are facing charges for not only engaging in prostitution, but also using hotel room for sex. police discovered after tracking and had on a social media bulletin board, which turned out to be a front, they say, for a prostitution ring. investigators could not identify which hotel they were using. and stephanie rawlings-blake says she is confident she will replace outgoing commissioner fred bealefeld. it is part of a search made up of law enforcement and legal experts. he announced his retirement thing he wanted to spend more time with his family. the candidates will be part of his -- the candidates search will be part of the national role.
