first we say good morning to sarah. >> good morning. not bad as you have up on the area roads. eastbound 70, a reported vehicle fire appeared that has been cleared. back to normal. speeds around 59. so far so good on 70 prior to the beltway. on the north side, a 58 through the towson region. no delays on the 83's all the way down to the beltway. the j.f.x. looking good into town. five minutes to go south on 95 from the 895 split down to the fort mchenry. 10 minutes to travel on southbound 95 from the beltway south west down to 32. so far so good on the east side of the beltway. we had some earlier delays on 895 because of a vehicle fire.

that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a chilling criminal case in parkville or a couple is accused of keeping a girl as their personal sex slave. >> jennifer franciotti has more on the shocking details. >> we know this happens to the internet. they met the girl online. she ran away from home. 48-year-old john blaes and margret jones have been charged with distributing child pornography. court documents allege that the girl was forced to call them master and miss, and the couple took care of the girl from july to november of last year. the girl was able to contact her mother online. the couple took the teenager to tennessee to visit her mother. that is one reports indicate the mother took down the license plate and called police.

the child did leave with the couple without her mother's knowledge. a child psychologist said she lacked the emotional development to know better. >> this is why legally or any way you look at it, adolescents cannot make decisions for themselves without their parents' approval and consent. >> john blaes and margret jones are expected to go to trial for the charges next month. back to you. >> thank you. a police sergeant is accused of lying to get a warrant to raid a home. dennis workley is accused of lying to a judge to get a warrant to conduct eight swat team raid. ifts an said christmas gue destroyed before they left.
