a cool front came through. it came through dry and has pushed the rain to the south. there is rain in the carolinas down into georgia. a lot of it is down over the water. the key is, will it come back? eventually it will come back it will develop offshore. we will have to keep an eye on that, especially for the weekend. the sun is shining. yellow's indicate 70's. n the upper 60's. only in the '50s in the mountains because of the higher elevation. here is the cloud picture. you can see the bums in the clouds over the ocean. thin clouds over eastern carolinas. clear skies overhead here.

there is the front for the clouds develop. this front will stall to the south. then an area of low pressure will develop along that over the weekend. that might try to come back north again. the key to the weather will be the big area of high pressure over the great lakes. it will shift to new england, and hopefully keep a hold on our area and keep the stormy weather to the south. that is what we are hoping for. today's forecast is great. 72-77 for the high. the small craft advisories have been taken down. one-2 foot tall on the open waters of the bay. water temperatures upper 60s to around 70 degrees. insta-weather-plus future cast. here we are.
