this is huge and beautiful. old hilltop is looking good as the preakness is two days away. all kinds of activities with preakness week here upon us going on all around town. some elementary school students were learning about the horses. the program is run by the city branch which teaches students how to groom, saddle, and ride horses. it is a way to help the young people appreciate the long traditions of horsemanship. for some of these young folks, this is the first experience with horses. >> did you ever see a horse before this? >> no. this is my first time. >> what do you think? >> they are nice. i was scared of them at first. i thought there were scary. there are nice animals. one day i want to form. i would like to have forces. >> get a farm and have a horse.
