latest on the search. >> investigators say they don't have much to go on and are looking for possible witnesses. the victim was walking home from herself downtown. it was around 1:30 saturday morning when she noticed a man following her so she crossed the street. he crossed after her and dragged her into an alleyway between two homes. she told police the man threw her to the ground and sexually assaulted her. she was able to fight him off and took off running. she was not able to get a good description. police are hoping somebody noticed something out of the ordinary. >> it is busy area that kind of night. there are restaurants and bars. cabdrivers try anything to pick up fes ares. are hoping somebody saw

something. >> police are also checking with businesses area to see if the man was caught on surveillance tape. >> a man is convicted for his role in a victim for hire. a key component in the case was the testimony of his co- defended. she testified she paid him $1,000 to kill the doctor. he was afraid he found out she was stealing money from the business. police arrest a third suspect in the pill mill investigation. she turned herself in on monday. the dea raided teh mill.ill

a day of reflection in joplin. a deadly tornado touchdown one year ago today. >> the committee continues to rebuild. tara mergener is live with the details. >> good morning. the city of joplin has come a long wait in a year thanks in part to the federal government, volunteers, and the persistence of people. tracing their determinants -- >> the road has been hard and the day has been long. >> president obama told the high school class of 2012 to use their experience. >> that is the spirit that allowed all of you to rebuild the city. that is the same spirit we need now to help rebuild america at. >> a monster tornado came through a year ago, shredding homes and businesses and leaving the worst death toll in six
