in arbour. -- aruba. he was discovered with a nude female companion in a parking garage. >> this was a very busy parking cars in downtown annapolis. the attendant said he had witnessed strange activity but this was definitely the most .izarre customer customers witnessed some activity. >> a customer came by and witnessed two people doing something they should not in an suv. >> it was on the second floor near the exit. >> i went around and found a black suv and found there were two people in the back presumably doing something they should not. there were some close missing. i called the officers.

when they were done, they informed me what was. >> it was gary giordano and his companion, carol ann bock. prosecutors called him a prime suspect but he was released because of lack of evidence. gary giordano and carol ann bock are charged with indecent exposure. there were found lying on a single mattress in the truck. officers said they were naked and gary giordano adjusted a towel over his midsection. there were ordered to get dressed and get at of the car. >> she seemed to stand there and be embarrassed and could not believe what was happening. he stood there, taking it off the cuff, whatever is happening. >> he has refused to speak to reporters about the charges.

boyfriendardner's said he still suspect gary giordano in her disappearance. he said this case read from what he thought of his character all along. >> police say man who has been going around st. mary's county pretending to be a baltimore county police officer and they're concerned he may have been doing the same thing closer to home. detectives are asking you to take a look at jock -- donald church. he was carrying a realistic looking toy gun and writing bogus police reports. anyone who may have had an encounter with him should report it by calling police. in baltimore city, police say they're looking for a gunman who shot and a 58-year-old man.

kentucky and arkansas. he is within 110 delegates of winning that nomination. a new poll shows a close race between him and president obama. a poll showed the president would win with 47% of the vote compared to 43%. this latest number shows obama's lead narrowing. there boosted by large lead among hispanics and women. romney leads with suburban voters and men and those paint the most attention to the campaign. passengers aboard a flight are back at their original destination. it started after a female passenger triggered fears of a body bomb. they're back in north carolina. a woman handed out to a flight attendant which said she had a surgically implanted device. the flight crew told passengers the plane was landing to refuel which probably helped to keep

not too far west, you could see the lightning lighting up the sky. even though it is 50 or 60 miles away. producing some heavy rain to the west of us. if you are traveling on i-70, you will go through some heavy downpours. a goes into north carolina. underneath there has been quite a bit of rain. over 48 hours, the rainfall totals have been significant. some spots in northern virginia picking up on that orange-shaded area. you get three or 4 inches of rain and rain in to washington and alleghany counties. we have had light amounts of precipitation. flood watches are in effect from the west virginia panhandle to the western suburbs of d.c. east of that, a trace of precipitation. 82 at the inner harbor. yesterday's rain washed the

pollen out of the atmosphere for the morning count. one locality of grass pollen in the atmosphere. mild temperatures overnight with cloudy skies and a southeast breeze. the temperature does not cool off. we will stay in the 60's toward morning. sunrise at 5:46 a.m. a possibility of showers to the west because this front that came across the ohio valley brought cool 50's into cleveland and chicago and is making its way into central maryland. it will inch closer overnight and wash out wednesday and thursday. high pressure over the ohio valley should establish itself here and provide us with a nice weekend. it will take a while for that friend to wash out. it will not sit through and move out. it will get here and fall apart. more thunderstorms and showers tomorrow and on thursday and lingering into friday before things cleared for the weekend. 77 to 82 tomorrow.
