we should get off with a good start this morning. i don't think we will see too much rainfall to start the day. for now, we had some big thunderstorms in the mountains last night appeared they fall apart there's some light rain around washington. some serious flooding in virginia near manassas with those of thunderstorms. i think we will wind up with a dry morning commute. that will change as we head into the afternoon. low pressure is coming up the east coast. you can see the swirl around atlanta. as that gets closer, the chance for rain increases' this afternoon. 65 in columbia. on the muggy side. a couple of patches of fog. a mixture of sun and clouds. dry this morning.

we will see some thunderstorms redevelop this afternoon. some could cause some minor flooding problems. enjoy the quiet conditions this morning. >> not is quiet on the roads. we are tracking several accidents. there are at two on the outer loop of the beltway. first in fallston, belair road and mountain road, there is an accident. outer loop at loch raven boulevard, a crash coming in. a crash in the white marsh region. in pasadena, watch for a fire activity at old mill road. this is loch raven boulevard. outer loop traffic and no sign of the accident. we will keep you posted. this is 95 out of harford county air route 24.
