10 minute travel time on southbound 95 down towards 32. we're expecting the normal volume to come back this morning as everybody heads back to work and school. everything moving well at liberty. light volume. no problems of the curtis creek drawbridge to and from the key bridge. that is the latest on traffic lse 11. >> late breaking news from last night. three people are recovering after all three were shot in east baltimore. >> the shooting happened on east hoffman street. police say two adults and a child were shot in the leg. they have what police are calling non-life-threatening injuries. >> we're not sure at this point

who the targets were. we have a 10-year-old who has been injured as a result. detectors are looking to find the suspects and bring them to justice. >> he got shot in the leg. for the president did this, i hope you turn yourself in -- for the person who did this, i hope you turn yourself then. >> there was a stabbing in west baltimore. a man and woman were both stabbed near west saratoga streets about 3:30 on monday afternoon. the extent of their injuries is not known. >> a howard county man is dead after police say he was hit by a drunk driver in ocean city. matthew cheswick was hit early monday morning.

midshipmen that will graduate later this morning. >> the graduation ceremony starts 10:00 this morning. it was a grueling four-year journey for their midshipmen. 1100 midshipmen will graduate today including the first paraplegic who was paralyzed from the waist down in a freak accident last year. leon panetta will deliver the commencement address at the ceremony as well as the blue angels who are sure to dazzled the crowd. you can expect tight security throughout the crowd as well as plenty of traffic as they make their way to the ceremony. we will be out here all morning nadia ramdass, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the lacrosse will be in celebration in mode when they

it is slightly cooler as you move west. 60's in oakland and frostburg. so much moisture in the atmosphere that the temperatures were not able to fall much overnight. it feels sticky when you step outside. we start to feel that humidity when the dew points are in the 60's. seven-day along the eastern shore. that will stay the case as we head through the rest of the day. scattered thunderstorms are possible late as a cold front approaches from the west. those storms could pop up any time late in the day. upper 80's to low 90's. it will feel even hotter when you factor in the humidity. mostly cloudy skies tonight. a cold front passes us by. temperatures drop down to the

upper 60's and low 70's tonight. there is so much moisture in the air, maybe some fog forming this morning, especially along the bay. high pressure is sitting offshore. the cold front approaching from the west. this is almost a two-piece storm. it will take a couple of days before the temperatures drop down. we're keeping an eye on beryl. it has been downgraded to a tropical depression. there will be beneficial rain for the southeast but there could be flooding concerns. it will push off off the outer banks by wednesday and thursday. we may get some tropical moisture ahead of this front.

any time those temperatures get above 60 degrees, we start to feel the humidity. right now we're gearing 70 degrees for the dew point temperature at the airport. that will make it feel even hotter as we head towards the afternoon. we expect temperatures to be up near 90 degrees later today. low to mid 90's is possible for the downtown area. 89 in southern maryland. upper 70's in the mountains. more clouds and more scattered thunderstorms today. a cold front will be approaching. showers and storms become a lot more likely. we will drop down to 72 downtown. not a big drop in the temperatures just yet. it will take a couple of days before we dry out.
