pharmacy robberies since january. the mount vernon store had three robberies. the harlem garden pharmacy was hit on march 15 and may 19. the suspect fired his gun and blew the law of a storage cabinet and grabbed $3,000 worth of drugs. >> it will have a doubt -- a detrimental effect on the community if he is not call. >> the robber has been seen wearing all black with a baseball cap and a mask over his face. police say he has a habit of apologizing before he takes off with the pills. >> the last time he was here, he said love you. this time we did not get any love, but he said sweetheart, and he said i am sorry, i am sorry. >> several forces have joined together to come up with a pipe

thousand dollars reward for capture of the suspect. in new -- anyone who knows anything about these cases is urged to call baltimore city police. kai reed, wbal-tv 11 news. >> three teenagers are in custody accused of trying to firebomb a home in galesville. it is being called an act of revenge. they are facing more than 30 charges and all, including attempted murder. detectives believe they were acting in retaliation. police found a suspicious package filled with molotov cocktails. it was later uncovered that the teens constructed and also deployed the devices. they are being held without bond at the anne arundel county detention center. >> we are hearing reports that baltimore prosecutors have met with the woman who claims she was raped by a former catholic bacher.teacher john merze

about 200 people gathered last night in south baltimore to pray for his victims. he is now 70 years old and is appealing his four life sentences. he claims his attorney at the time did not make him aware of the deal on the table. the president of morgan state university broke his silence after an act of alleged cannibalism by former student. he would not address specifics of the case but he did say the safety and well-being of our campus community continues to be a top priority. his comments came during the university's board of regents meeting. he had been tight-lipped since alex kinyua confessed to murdering and eating the heart and brain of a man who was boarding with his family. kinyua was charged with assault and reckless endangerment but

was later released on bail. >> state police will end the long term agreement with the maryland based on manufacturing. the decision to switch from the glock follows anloc investigation from the i-team. bullets would unexpectedly fallout of the magazine. the transition has already begun. it comes at a cost of $66,000. there is a provision of the berettas will not be resold in maryland. >> a war of words that city hall today. there's a hearing on the alternative budget proposal from city council president jack young. the mayor called plan unworkable and irresponsible.

he called that insulting. then there were protests. the union urged the mayor to use money for school construction instead of raising the beverage tax. it was followed by a gathering of community leaders who came out in support of the council president's spending plan to keep recreation centers open and fire companies from closing. >> you want to send a message that we won our recreation centers, we want summer jobs for young people and we want fire companies for baltimore because we know those are all ingredients to make a safe, productive community. but the mayor said she is working with council members to restore funding to after-school programs and add she may have found money to prevent the demotion of firefighting personnel related to the company closings. >> we are learning the city will not foot the bill for a gasoline break in february that left hundreds of baltimore city residents in the cold for nearly a week.

claims are asking for reimbursement of up to $500. public works officials initially thought a piece of asphalt of the problems all the city work to prepare a water main. that has found to be unfounded which is what it claims to being denied. >> a well known public servant in maryland passed away. former maryland treasurer richard dixon has died. he was 74 years old. he was the first african- american treasurer. he served as a member of the carroll county board of education and was a member of the house of delegates before becoming treasurer. prominent attorney stephen hughes was one of two catonsville residents who were killed in a car accident in oxford, england earlier this week. 57-year-old hughes, greg brooks and entertain of london died at the scene monday evening.

>> two women are suing bge, claiming the company failed to fix a dangerous problem that escalated out of control. patricia says the energy giant failed to fix electrical surging that has been occurring in the home she has rented for more than two years. the surging on ultimately led to an electrical fire in september 2010 during a birthday party where children were present. bge is declining comment until they can investigate big cracks in anne arundel county, a family almost single-handedly held up the long-term rate point average of the glen burnie middle school for the last two decades. kate amara explains. >> this is the story of an amazing streak that marlon middle school grade 19 years of strays from one family.

urban marshall airport. leaders of the house and senate intelligence committees are blasting a series of recent national security leaks to the press. the committee met behind closed doors with the director of national intelligence to discuss why it is happening and how to stop it. some of the leaks that to reports of u.s. scheiber attack against iran's nuclear program, the president's so-called hit list of terrorist, and the recently foiled underwear bomb plot. the ranking democrat on the committee called the leaks damaging an unacceptable. >> it puts us at risk. put lives at risk. it hurts our dealings with our allies and it hurts us in recruiting assets to give us information to protect our citizens. >> some high-ranking republicans in the white house officials called the

x if you got a baltimore speed caretaker recently in the city, you may be one of thousand drivers eligible for a refund. more than 3000 speak their tickets are being refunded. apparently the wrong block address was given for a camera on wabash avenue. the tickets were $40 each. officials say the speed cameras system is an honest one and errors are quickly remedied when they do occur. >> with any type of automated system, there will be mistakes. our margin of error is under 1%, which is a good margin of error. we are monitoring the program and we do our best to rectify the error is when they do occur. >> some of you got paid for speeding. officials say you should receive a letter in the mail if you have not already gotten one. >> this is the casino chaos that
