harbor tunnel traffic looks good. a nice start at the key bridge. sun glared could be a factor. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> baltimore police are searching for a police they say are responsible for some robberies at pharmacies. police believe they have come on surveillance tape. kim dacey is live it city police headquarters. an unusual aspect about this crime. >> police say this man steals pain medication and is known for apologizing to his victims before taking off. a mount vernon pharmacy was robbed twice, the latest on monday morning. the pharmacist said he had a gun, told her not to hit a panic alarm, and demanded the meds. he made off with more than a dozen bottles of percocet and oxycodone. baltimore police believe the same man is responsible for a string of pharmacy robberies since january -- the two at the

mount vernon store . another on the 1100 block of light street on january 31, and the harlem gardens pharmacy on edmonson avenue on march 15 and may 19. the robber has been seen wearing all black with a baseball cap and a fleece mask over his face. pharmacists across the city are hoping police catch this guy, and soon. >> it is going to have a detrimental effect on the community if he is not caught because people are going to be afraid to stock certain medications. >> several pharmacists have come together and are offering a $5000 reward for information. if you know anything, you can contact baltimore city police at 410-396-2240. reporting live, kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. three teenagers are being held without bond, accused of trying to set fire to a home. alexander lare, crystal kalinowski, and christopher lester are facing more than 30

charges including attempted murder. detectives say they planted a package of a molotov cocktails in a home back on june 1 as some form of retaliation against the homeowners. >> a shocking case of cannibalism. dr. wilson confirmed the safety and well-being of the campus community continues to be the top priority. he has been silent since the arrest of a former student who reportedly confessed to eating the heart and brain of a man that he is charged with murdering. he was charged with attacking another student with a baseball bat which left that victim blind in one oeye. >> some drivers are breathing a little easier and their wallets

are a little fatter. a computer error is resulting in over 3100 refunds. the $40 tickets were issued from december through april of 2012. this of our website to learn more about the refund process. the city will not be as generous when it comes to the gas main break that left hundreds of residents in the cold for nearly a week. more than 40 people filed reimbursement claims for up to $500 to repair or replace appliances that were damaged. they thought a hunk of asphalt was to blame. that was not the case and now the city is denying those claims. >> two women are suing b.g.e. for an electrical surge. >> patricia said thsurging leado

well with gorgeous temperatures and the gorgeous sunshine we have this morning. it is clear on the raider. we had a lot of rain activity to the south -- to declare on the radar. but even a cloud in the sky. absolutely beautiful. the air is still pretty dry. calm skies. edgewood, 60. 57 in easton. 58 on the boardwalk. it was in the 40's at frostburg but the temperature has jumped up to 51 degrees. here is the satellite image. the stormy weather is way to the south. out in the plains states and up in canada. we have a big bubble of high

pressure sitting over head. it will be hard for any of this activity to get in here. this high pressure is building in and it will push that activity farther north. we're less of a target of the isolated rain activity that we had yesterday. we can see the cool readings over the eastern part of the united states. these lighter green shades indicate slightly warmer temperatures. mostly sunny skies today. it was to west north wind at 5 to 10 miles per hour. some of that unsettled weather off to the northeast. maybe some scattered showers in pennsylvania. on saturday, there'll be a front off to the northeast and maybe some rain activity are lined up along the front. sunday looks good. by monday we begin to see
