several people were arguing about who has custody of the boy. that is when the woman took the baby from the bedroom and took off. she is being held on $50,000 bond. a manhunt having right now in auburn, alabama. police are looking for this man. a fight at a party last i got out of control and he shot and killed several people killing three. more details now from kurt. >> of gunmen opened fire during a fight at a priority held at an off-campus apartment complex near auburn university said it. >> it happened so quick. >> 3 were killed in the shooting. edward christian and ladraius phillips. one current football player was injured. >> it is a very sad time for the auburn community. released ach

tomorrow. sandusky is charged with 52 counts of child sex abuse, accused of molesting 10 boys over 15 years. he has pled not guilty. >> the charges he is facing, a conviction on a few of these calls will land him in jail for the rest of his natural life. >> prosecutors have lined up 8 alleged victims to testify. the first expected on the stand, the four who told a grand jury that he was subjected to more than 50 acts of sex abuse and given dozens of kids, including golf clubs. victim 9 whose alleged repeated a result in the basement of sandusky's's home where he once screamed for help. the defense strategy -- hammer away at the credibility of the victims by suggesting they conspired with each other in

green on the map. ocean city is 72. 73 at parkton. it is in the 60's in the mountains out west. a little bit of cloudiness along this front to the east of us over new jersey and new york state. we have what weather in the southeastern part of the u.s. and we have a strong cold front up to the west. some strong storms -- minnesota into iowa and kansas city and the morning. all of this is coming our way. the moisture from the south and this cold front comes in. fassel we will see some good changes in our weather coming up. the weather has been so good it is too bad we will see it go away. mostly cleared tonight. mild, 62-68. tomorrow, more cloudiness, 88- 92. most of the day in the 80's. it will be more humid than today. the showers after dark.
