we have to look at each case individually and although this turns my stomach and i always feel like i need a shower after we report on it, this man is still innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law. >> his attorneys are hoping to find holes in the individual stories but as an attorney, don't you look at a story line here and if there is a pattern, perhaps that helps the jury make a decision? >> no question. if it sounds creepy and looks creepy, it is creepy but i don't know if that means he's guilty. >> will joe paterno ever get his name on a football field? >> i'm for teaching parents and kids that sometimes a relationship with a coach is not a healthy and good relationship, the access with coaches. >> i'm not getting into any of that. there's a criminal case here and

then there's a bigger issue, a big institutional issue. >> does penn state recover? >> of course they recover but i don't think we can indict the relationships that kids have with coaches. this is a beast. >> it's not an indictment. but one of the kid who testified said he went to a counselor and the counselor said to him, oh, no, he would never do that. from the age of 4, we've seen it in hockey, we've seen it in football. it is a revelation -- >> you can't indict these relationships. >> 99% of the coaches are wonderful and they build character. this is a sick, disgusting beast. i think what if anything we can learn from this, i don't think there's anything to learn other than everybody's antenna has to be up higher. where there's smoke there's fire. >> kid rarely lie and make up things like this. >> i have to ask you about the defense possibly introducing this histrionic personality -- >> it won't fly.

>> what is it? >> it goes to the base root that you're emotionally out of control. it's not going to fly as a defense. >> let's talk about lance armstrong, facing new doping charges filed by the united states anti-doping agency that may strip him of his seven tour de france titles claiming he and former members of his staff engaged in massive doping conspiracy. he's never failed a test. >> no. there's no doubt in my mind as a scientist that right now you can creatively be ahead of where the science is. there is enough urine and blood on file that as the science moves up, if he has in fact doped, they will likely find it. the damning thing around him is that everyone who has been and him as been found to be guilty of doping and i think the jury is really out. >> donnie, he says this is baseless, it's motivated by spite and advanced threw testimony bought a paid for

and promises of anonymity and immunity. he says it's a setup. is that enough to protect his brand and foundation? >> foundation is one thing. the brand is tarnished. you have to say why is he a victim? why is this happening to him? i'm not going to indict him. >> i'm confused of why you believe it damages the brand and not the foundation. >> people are not buying into him. they're buying into -- >> he has passed every test. >> you can be ahead of the science. the science will catch up. >> is he the only one that's been ahead of the science out of every single person? he would have to be the only one because -- >> you think he's completely innocent? >> i'm not sure if he's completely innocent. i just can't see that he should be indicted and every single tour de france win should go

you have to begin with an anti-pasto. >> what's the secret to the right balance here? >> you know what, it's everything you like. we like the mozzarella, the salami and pro sciutto. and we like garganelli, it's like a homemade penne. >> i'm ready for you, woman. >> you would have done that is correct i would have ran out of the room! >> you've got your awfully hot pan. >> the rock shrimp. and then we're going to put zucchini. >> i'm not a fan of zucchini. what can we --

>> you know what, darling? >> eat it? >> it makes it very buttery. gives it a great taste. >> and pasta. >> that's it? >> it's a very fast recipe. and then we top it off with toasted bread. go ahead, my baby. you do it. she does that very well. thank you. >> are you done? >> yes. >> marnated flank steak. >> we'll start with honey, sugar, mustard. a little thyme. a little tobasco. of course we'll add a little bourbon. >> of course. >> you need all the bourbons and sugars to mix together. you're going to put it all on the flank steak. after it's done, three minutes on each side, you'll get this.

you're going to put this down and cut this on a bias, bias being you want it to be against the grain. that's what it going to look like. but the best thing about this steak is the polenta. >> we have premade the polenta and put it from the refrigerator to harden. you put it in the flour, put it in the egg wash. >> dad's been teaching you well. >> yes. >> we put it in the bread crumbs. >> we fry them in the saute pan and they'll be nice and crunchy. >> all right, dessert. >> it's so simple. we're going to do sugar, flour, vanilla, pinch of assault, v
