when he went down to investigate a crashing sound. he saw four people run away and chase them to a neighbor's yard before he found brown hiding in some bushes. >> the officer here's a young man in the bushes and tells him to come out. the gunmen refused to come out so the officer reached in and pulled him out. at that point, the man engaged in a physical fight with the officer and in the course of that physical fight, at some point, the young man became unconscious. the officer performed cpr but the teenager was dead. he put the teen in a chokehold. >> so what has to happen now is that our homicide unit as a full investigation to determine what the facts of this case are and whether there was a justifiable use of force.

>> i just want to know what happened with my son. that is secured why did the officer have to do that? for he had no weapon. he is a good kid. if his last memories should not be -- she was a great personality. he drew the crowds. you know what i am saying? there was nobody in this school that could not tell you about christopher. >> baltimore county police have not released the officer's name. christopher brown was a member of rotc and was on the wrestling team. >> thank you. meantime, baltimore city police are calling the death of a toddler suspicious. first responder is arrived at the home in the 800 block of north stricker street. the 1--year-old girl died 90 minutes later. an autopsy is being performed.
