the city because of an accident. on going sailabration closures along fort avenue near the fort mchenry until 11:00 p.m. here's a quick live look at traffic. no son of delays at 795 at franklin boulevard. dulaney valley north side of the beltway is running smoothly at this hour. we will keep you posted on 70. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a police officer is on paid administrative leave after a teenager he any confrontation with died. >> he found a 17-year-old christopher brown hiding in some bushes. brown became unconscious and was pronounced dead at the hospital. sources said the officer put the

teenager in a chokehold. >> i just want to know what happened. why did the officer have to do that? he had no weapon. >> our homicide unit determines what the facts of this case are and whether there was a justifiable use of force. >> the case will go to the state's attorney's office after the police finisterre investigation. >> a suspect was shot after a group of six suspects was arrested. the suspects are responsible for a string of armed robberies in the area. four of those suspects tried to get away. that is what the driver was shot in the shoulder. all six suspects were arrested and face federal charges. a man is arrested on an

additional attempted murder charge stemming from the violent encounter. m over the head. he lost an eye in the process. >> the mayor is accused of making an unauthorized purchase of more than half a million dollars. illegally buying videophones costing $659,000. the mayor says the technology has saved the city money. george nilson says he does not believe there was any wrongdoing. damage from this week's fire in fells point totals $1.5 million. this was on south broadway.

trial because court is not in session today. on thursday, the last of men took the witness stand. victim number 9 testified he was 11 years old when the abuse started and the abuse continued for three years. sandusky admitted to a showering with young boys but denied it was sexual. a bankruptcy court hearing for solyndra. they've filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. there were the first renewable energy company to receive a loan and defaulted on that loan. >> a dare devil will attempt to walk a tightrope along niagara falls. the cable is more than 5,000 feet long. he continues a family tradition
