11 minutes on the outer loop northeast side. 10 minutes to travel south on 95 from the beltway down towards 32. this is the bay bridge toll plaza. very light volume. everything is confined to the shoulder on 95 at eastern. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> an off-duty baltimore county police officer could face a homicide charges after allegedly choking a teenager. the ulcer was inside his home in randallstown on wednesday night when he heard a loud noise at his front door. he chased after a group of teenagers. he reportedly caught christopher brown hiding in some bushes. >> the officer reached into the bushes and pulled him out. the young man engaged in a physical fight with the officer.

at some point, the young man became unconscious. >> brown died of this is the asian -- a fixation -- asphyxiation. >> agents attempted to arrest six suspects. officers moved in to make the arrest. four of those suspects tried to get away. >> one of the agents was in fear of this life. one round was fired at the driver of the vehicle who was attempting to run him over and strike in the right shoulder blade. >> all six suspects face federal charges this morning. >> a man at the center of a cannibalism case and faces additional charges.

a man says he was hit over the head by a baseball bat last may, knocking him. that left him blind in one eye. a man was arrested days after that for allegedly killing a family friend and eating his heart and brain. a man has been indicted accused of secretly recording boys at the rest up. he faces several child pornography charges. he had similar files on it memory card. >> a standoff in woodlawn ends peacefully. the report of a domestic disturbance. the girlfriend and sister managed to escape. police managed to get the men out without incident.

economic recovery. so we took a look at accusations each is making in ads out this month to see if they're fiscal fact or fiction. >> massachusetts lost 40,000 manufacturing jobs. >> a fact-check group rates that half true, saying the numbers are correct, but it is a stretch to blame romney. as for the other side -- >> romney reducednemployment to just 4.7%. >> also half true. a stretch for romney to take credit for those numbers. >> i think you could liken this one to romney saying that under mitt romney as governor, the red sox won the world series. both sides are looking for any number they can get their hands on that makes it look like the other guy would be worse for the economy. >> you can bet we will be hearing a lot more about the economy as romney heads off on that bus tour. the democratic national committee is launching a tour of its own. they are kicking off today just a few miles from where romney is starting his. >> hallie jackson, thank you and

the prosecution is expected to wrap up its case in the jerry sandusky trial. an investigator testified that sandusky admitted to showering with young boys but denied it was sexual. he has pled not guilty to all the charges against him. a man received a jail term on thursday. 110 years in prision. he was convicted on 13 of 14 fraud-related accounts in one of the largest ponzi schemes in history. michael phelps is storing up some trauma -- is stirring up some drama. he had a brief suspension from

>> welcome back to 11 news today. 6:44. 11 news has learned police have ruled the death of a toddler it was baltimore a homicide. is responders arrived around 10:00 on wednesday morning. the victims died at the hospital. the cause of death was blunt force trauma. no charges have been filed. an off-duty police officer could face homicide charges after choking a teenager to death. the officer was inside his home in randallstown on wednesday night when he heard a loud noise at the front door of this house. he chased down a group of teenagers and caught christopher brown hiding in some bushes.
